Good location, near to many amenities and food. Near to the bus terminal to airport too.

The hotel is pleasantly good. All necessary was provided. The location is awesome.

IBIS Osaka Umeda is very close to Hep five/ the train station, great location! The room is clean and staff are helpful.

Very convenient location. The hotel itself is very clean, but it is located in the messy area in fact. There are many restaurants in the basement area as Whity Umeda, which I want to recommend.

Was highly recommended by a friend. The stay is pleasant. Very near to metro station and many bars and shops around the area. Will come back again next time.

Location was quite good in Umeda. Most of the hotel services was satisfied me. However, at the last day of my check out, when I asked for if I can have about half an hour for the late check out. The man staff at the reception who’s spoken English replied: No, you have to pay extra money! As far as I see, this service standard was not impressive as an Accor Group Hotel. If you reject me, you could use another kind of tone like “Sorry, I am afraid •••”

I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Umeda, thanks to its excellent location near Osaka Station. While the rooms are cleaned daily, I noticed dust under the beds, so vacuuming could be improved. The staff’s helpfulness was exceptional—they assisted us in recovering my father’s lost phone, which we got back the next morning. Their support made a big difference and was truly appreciated.

The room is super small, can’t even walk without bumping into one another. Blankets not sure if it is clean or not cause I got itchiness sleeping on the bed. Wifi is slow too, keep on buffering when watching YouTube and Netflix.

Room is very small , very basic room, clean. Value for the price paid. There is a water dispenser at the lobby which is a plus . There are no facial products being provided unlike other Japanese hotels I have stayed . Lots of food options around , 10 mins walk to Osaka station .

There is a direct elevator to the train station. Nearest coin laundry is 15min walk away.

Great location, clean and helpful staffs but they don’t have washing machine

Love the location, your friendly staff at the reception counter as well as the staff at the breakfast premises who are ever ready to help & never fails to replenish the various food at the table

We stayed here for slightly over a week, during which the quality was not as good as the initial few days. Eg. breakfast buffet variety decreased, housekeeping at the level we stayed was not as good as the previous time (many amenities were not replenished even after 2-3 days). Hygiene was of a concern too: at breakfast, the clean utensils were placed where the shelf of dirty dishes were being cleared! The good thing is that the hotel staff are helpful and friendly.
