Should provide bottled water. The laundry is too small, most customers here are family, they need wash and dry. The location is good. The Lawson shop can be bigger. The smoking room too open and small, the guys are waiting laundry need to smell the smoke.

we had a good night spent in hotel. very close to universal studio japan. clean and spacious.

The room is comfortable and quiet big, the bathroom is clean.Also the breakfast is so delicious and have a lot of choices.The next day we woke up late. But after we done eating the breakfast.We still can arrived USJ quick.Although after play in USJ was so tired , we could get back to hotel so fast and get rest.So choosing you guys hotel was 100% correct.

The place is near universal studio,very convenient and the food is so delicious.our room is always clean and me and my family are very satisfied over all.if given a chance we will choose to stay again at this hotel.

Second time staying here and my family always loved it. Despite not going to USJ and went for staycation only, it was still a great stay.

A hotel next to the park, however, the shop nearby opened late and the parking charge is huge, due to the opening time of the park, its impossible to start the parking at 1200 pm (daily charge is count from 1200-1200 next day). Therefore, two days parking charge is requested if stay in the hotel and park one night

Proper hotel. Laundry room, convenience store, luggage storage/delivery. Everything you need for a family holiday easily accessible.

Toothbrush so stiff Carpet should be changed

Lovely hotel and great location. Good stay for those going to USJ only. If you're staying longer in Osaka, it is recrommended to move to another hotel as the local transportation requires plenty of transfers and waiting time when you go from USJ to other areas of Osaka city.

We travelled with a young kid. This hotel is a short walk away from USJ & family friendly. Upside: Toilet is typical Japanese style where toilet bowl is separate room from bath tub. Family friendly with a water pitcher in each room. Our hotel floor has ice station with water & drinks vending machine for cheap. There are lockers available free for storage of luggage after check out There is a wide variety of breakfast buffet foods from cold udon to hot rice with kimchi & pickles & miso soup to pizza or açaí bowl & cornflakes. For the western tastebud, there is gratefully a very small selection of breads from mini apple danish , croissant, cookies & cream bread. There is a kids section with minion potato nuggets, meatballs, rice & curry. However the buffet spread remains consistent same & after 3 days we were glad to end it. Downside: Hotel location need to walk , after 12K steps in USJ being sunburnt, the extra walk hurt & I almost wished I had booked the nearer hotels at universal studio walk. Hotel had the most painfully slow internet every night such that we can barely connect to YouTube kids or klook etc. (Big negative)

Great clean hotel. Spacious rooms and quality amenities. Willing to assist with luggage storage. Very near to the Universal City Walk and park so it's easy to enter in early. Would recommend to others.
