Overall the stay is great. Near to 3 subways and main Namba shopping streets. Lot of food choices around the area too. The hotel comes with Onsen Spa which is good after a tiring day of outings. Staff are approachable and helpful.

Very cosy room. Which is quite small for big luggages. But location wise is very gd and accessible to tourist attractions. Staffs is very helpful and friendly. Requested a non smoking room from trip ended up being issues a smoking room due to high occupancy and there’s no other non smoking room to replace. Mention to the hotel staff about the smell and they really send someone over to wash and sanitise the whole room and aircon which is really appreciated.

The service crew is very rude, no mineral water provided, bed is uncomfortable. Room also not very clean. Told by the staff that check out by 1030 will not incur additional charges but when we come down at 1030, we get charged.

Good services. They help us to keep our luggages before check in. Love the buns and coffee at the lobby. The hotel onsen was good, free ice cream at the onsen entrance. Location was great, short walk to Dontonbori.

Nice hotel located just right outside Shinbaishi Station with only a short walk distance of 5 minutes. The hot spring is great but one drawback is … CHECK-IN TIME IS 8 PM.

The size of the room is good with enough space around the bed. There is a big window that offers a nice view of the sky and the buildings. It's within walking distance to Dotonbori, where you can find numerous restaurants and shops along the way. Additionally, it's just a few minutes' walk to Shinseibashi station, making it convenient to travel around. We even took a day trip to Kyoto and Nara, which was easily accessible by train. The hotel also has laundry machines, which is a plus. They even provide a free lounge where you can enjoy freshly baked bread with tea or coffee. On the 13th floor, there is an onsen facility exclusive to the hotel guests, and they also offer small drinks or popsicles after you finish bathing, which is very refreshing. I highly recommend staying here.

Very good location in Osaka. If you stay in this hotel you are in the heart of the city where all tourists activity are nearby. I just has one comment, the room size was small.
