Great location with many shops and food. The room is big enough with seperate toilet and bath. Cleaning is everyday of you wish :) Free water, tea, coffee and some breads at the first floor

Overall the stay is great. Near to 3 subways and main Namba shopping streets. Lot of food choices around the area too. The hotel comes with Onsen Spa which is good after a tiring day of outings. Staff are approachable and helpful.

Very cosy room. Which is quite small for big luggages. But location wise is very gd and accessible to tourist attractions. Staffs is very helpful and friendly. Requested a non smoking room from trip ended up being issues a smoking room due to high occupancy and there’s no other non smoking room to replace. Mention to the hotel staff about the smell and they really send someone over to wash and sanitise the whole room and aircon which is really appreciated.

The service crew is very rude, no mineral water provided, bed is uncomfortable. Room also not very clean. Told by the staff that check out by 1030 will not incur additional charges but when we come down at 1030, we get charged.

location and service are excellent, close to dimaru and easy to access anywhere, but bfast is so so, dont expect too much.

A bit far from train station for walking , take around 13 mins with luggages. Otherwise , this hotel is very clean , cozy and suitable for family as the family room bed is extremely comfortable n big . Will come back again . Tks for the good service .
