Very disappointing - poorly trained staff who have me false info at check-in, no individual climate control in the rooms (they have out up notices advising clients to open the windows if they're hot!), no luggage rack so suitcase just lays on the floor, no cupboard so shoes same, poorly placed sockets so your phone has to either lay on the floor or in the middle of the bed while it's charging, poorly placed TV high on the wall to the right of the bed so would be very uncomfortable to watch, etc. Never again.

I chose this hotel because it is closed to nippombashi station and the Kuromon market - very convenient for traveling and finding fresh and cheap foods. I loved the free coffee a d totete (free cakes) corner. Check in and check out was fast. The room size is okay, but it has the smell of the mat - I had to turn on the air filter all the time. The toilet has smell whenever we flush. The laundry room should have a notice to customer that they should collect their clothes on time so that others won't have to wait long for their turn. Room is quiet so we slept very well. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The room was smaller than expected with limited space for luggage however the facilities such as the bathtub were great. Free cold water was provided at the lobby

Nearby subway,street market and famous dontonbori with 10mins walk, a small family of 3 member stay in the king bedroom. If you all don’t mind the small area is one of a good choice staying here.

B Namba Kuromon was easily accessible by train and close to Kuromon Market/Dotonburi/DenDen Town and Nipponbashi. Also, you don't have to cross the 2 big roads nearby to go "into town" you can use the Namba walk underground and there's loads of shopping and food down there too. The roof terrace is a lovely area with great views across the city. You do have to pay for the washing machines/dryers and there is only one vending machine with no Coca cola and the ice machine is right in reception so no chance of wearing your jammies to get some. At reception, the lady didn't charge enough tax so we had to pay the extra amount by card so we would have been charged to make the 2 payments by our bank, then she went over to her colleague and that was it, I asked if everything was OK and could we go? she could have said instead of just walking away I must also say that the downstairs ladies toilet is a tiny single room, you practically have to sit on the loo to close the door..not great. I have to say that location is mainly what this hotel is good for.

Location was why I come back to this hotel. Opposite to kuromon and a 8 mins walk to the famous covered shopping belt. The downside - non bottled water and you need to bring your own bottle to get cool drinking water. Coffee and tea dispenser at the front desk, no sachets in the room to make a cuppa. Much has changed as far as the amenities offered is concern. Else all is good with bed and rest.

Location is perfect; near several subway stations, right in front of the seafood market and walking distance to major shopping areas as well as local food

The facility was nice as well as the friendly agents. Only thing that might be improved is that the paper with explanations of the room, the one with QR code of the webpage was quite worn-out that needs to be replaced.

Convenient location in Namba Walkable with luggage to Namba Nankai station. Breakfast spread is limited.

Location is very good. Kuromon market is opposite. Big room and clean.

The hotel is located in Namba and very close to Dotonbori. Several subway stations near by. But I would not stay here again. The staff was not very helpful and the toilets and air conditioning were very dirty. There was black mold in the openings of the air conditioning unit and the toilet seemed clean but if you look between the space of the seat and the back of the toilet there was a lot of dirt and hair accumulated. I didn’t feel comfortable using the AC while knowing that the air coming out of it is harmful. Which was especially annoying since it was very hot during our stay in Osaka. Generally the staff at the reception was not the nicest nor the most helpful.
