The room was smaller than expected with limited space for luggage however the facilities such as the bathtub were great. Free cold water was provided at the lobby

The hotel is located in Namba and very close to Dotonbori. Several subway stations near by. But I would not stay here again. The staff was not very helpful and the toilets and air conditioning were very dirty. There was black mold in the openings of the air conditioning unit and the toilet seemed clean but if you look between the space of the seat and the back of the toilet there was a lot of dirt and hair accumulated. I didn’t feel comfortable using the AC while knowing that the air coming out of it is harmful. Which was especially annoying since it was very hot during our stay in Osaka. Generally the staff at the reception was not the nicest nor the most helpful.

Good location, new and clean, near kuromon market and subway station

The location is quite good, right across Kuromon market and within walking distance to 2 metro lines. The hotel is modern and quite clean; price is highly affordable. There is a free coffee and ice machine. On most days, the ice machine is quite messy with ice scattered and coffee stains. However when I opted to extend my stay after checking on Trip.com that there are still at least 5 rooms available for a certain room type, and other rooms were available too, the 3 male concierge told me "Sorry. Peak period. We are fully booked" without asking for my room number. That was highly disappointing, as such, the service did not meet expectations at all.

King size bed only allowed sleep max 1 adult and 1 kid below 7 yo. BUT Kid not included breakfast. So kid need to eat breakfast alone in the room. Not recommended for family.

Room is abit small but that’s expected in Japan. Very near to Dotonbori and shopping district.

Love the king size bed but not free space for luggage to be open. Near to train station and market.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are average size but management for a couple. Don't expect to have a lot of room for your big luggage fhough

The location is near nipponbashi Station. Directly opposite the kuromon market where there are plenty of food options available. The downside is from 18/11/2024 the air-conditioner is switched to heater mode and room become extremely stuffy. Window could be opened but room 207 faces a back alley that sells food and room is filled with fried chicken smell. When the store has closed. Noise from the back alley could be heard making ng it an unpleasant stay. Lobby has donuts for guests but very limited stock. Coffee machine at lobby for cod drink and coffee available. Plus point map given for USJ direction is specific and helpful. Foldable comb, hair tie and shave on table in front of lift. Face wash sachet at the lobby reception area.

Location is good, near to metro station. Staff attitude is polite and friendly. Will stay again in future.

Excellent location. Hardware is good (room and amenities) not big but decent for Japan standard. Free coffee and water dispenser at lobby. Love the locker system. Staff service has a lot of room for improvement. Staff are unfriendly. Not willing to offer help such as getting taxi. Was caught in a situation and wanted to check if the staff can offer any help or assistance. They just say is not hotel related and they are not able to help without even listening or understanding the situation i am in. (Is at night not peak check in period and there is guests at the lobby except me) Other than that great place to stay!

Really good place to stay. Only issue I had was that there was no water available in the room. A small complaint.

Very cool hotel in a very convenient location to Kuromon Market (across the street) and Kintetsu-Nippombashi subway station (two min walk). Staff was very pleasant and professional. Room was extremely clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing is I would forgo breakfast at the hotel for breakfast out in town as there are so many options

The location is perfect . Price is reasonable as well. Kuromon market is just opposite.
