Nice and clean hotel in the popular tourist area: Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku area. Beside Mega Don Quijote Shinsekai and next to metro station lines make it very convenient for solo and travellers with families. Remember to book with breakfast as its delicious and with many varieties. Would definitely stay here again. Choose the old building for the perfect view of Tsutenkaku tower. Thanks Spa world Osaka.

my room is at the new building. toilet and shower is new. room size is large compared to other osaka hotel the strange thing is that the hotel (maybe due to Japan spa/onsen bath requirements) requested everyone to take off shoe and store at with locker the spa is excellent, many facilitiesto try; pool and gym too. the hotel is close to subway. however, it has a long stairs at the entrance. I always use the escalator at parking to go up and down.

Convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. If you have tattoo not preferred to stay here as they are very strict. U cannot enjoy the hot bath. Room is spacious.

Have you ever stayed in a hotel where you must take your shoes off before you enter? Well this place is the place. Spaworld offers multiple style onsen/saunas from different parts of the world. With a kids water park it also gives everyone something to do. This hotel is mostly self check in and self check out but the frustrating part is you have to scan a wrist ban to get into the hotel every time, (which doesn’t read all the time) for the experience it was fantastic. Warning to those travelling with luggage, the hotel does not allow payment for luggage to be transferred to a hotel but got to the family mart and they will assist. Thanks for the experience!

It was alright, the spa theme park seemed pretty decent, though I suspect there to be many people during the daytime since we went inside at around 4 am still with a bunch of people inside. The rooftop pool was decent but you had to pay for the waterslides. The spa felt more like a theme park than a typical traditional onsen experience, but we still saw mainly Japanese people there. Most of the hotel cited charges for stuff here and there (e.g. late night entry fee for the spa, extra cost to enter the pool etc) but I suspect they are for regular visitors and not hotel guests since it was not recorded when we checked out other than the waterslide cost as mentioned. Annoying thing was that you had to take off your shoes to enter the hotel at the entrance, and that there was no shower in your own room.

Nice onsen hotel not far from airport. Over 20 types of pools and saunas. We stayed overnight in a tatami room. Breakfast was also included. Great family vacation for those who like hot springs but don't want to pay a lot. Highly recommend. 温泉很舒服，不贵，为了家庭挺好

The accommodation zone has been newly renovated. You can store your luggage before the check-in time and immediately use the spa. The spa is very large and excellent, very enjoyable. Breakfast is varied. It is necessary to use the QR code on the wristband to enter and exit the hotel. (Luggage cannot be stored after check-out.) The hotel is located next to Donki, allowing you to take a walk late at night when there are fewer people.

Affordable price and great location.

Enjoyed the onsen. Accommodating staff and good breakfast. No extra pillows or amenities upon request.

A bit frustrated for International tourist at the begaining for its unique ways of running the resort but the facility are very good，staff are friendly，Location is excellent。Breakfast buffet is so good but can be full at capacity for extra waiting time at gate。 The best experience is at the Spa，the whole building is designed for its purpose that is so amazing at its price point，that is why it is so popular for locals。 Overall，it is very good choice for stay in Osaka。

Fantastic facilities in this hotel . Breakfast is excellent and room is very comfortable . Location is amazing just 5 minutes walk from metro and train station JR and the other metro in Osaka. The spa area is huge with lots of options of baths, sauna and steam . Check in can be done earlier but rooms are only available after 15:00. The Annex building access alley is a bit narrow and unfortunately i kicked my foot in one of the lamps located on the floor . I wish they didn’t have those stupid decorations on the floor and I am certain that i am not the first one to kick those lamps . My final conclusion is if the rate is similar to other good hotels in Osaka , it is worth paying just a little bit it more to stay in spa world . Weekends rates are absurdly expensive.
