Great stay great breakfast, shoes stay at shoe locker. luggage can be kept at luggage storage which is a lock you keep the key yourself. Onsen lockers need a 100yen coin which is refundable. My room even had the tower view!

the best hotel with onsen. the onsen had many different types as well as saunas. the room was somewhat clean and safe and we even had a view of the tower. the location of this was very good as well. we saw many ppl taking pics at the stairs outside the main door of the hotel because of the tower. we saw quite a few locals as well!

Dining is outstanding, with diverse, high-quality options. Rooms are impeccably clean, and the hot springs deliver a relaxing, comfortable escape. However, ongoing renovations in several areas may cause minor disruptions, such as noise or limited access. Despite this, the hotel’s prime location, top-notch service, and excellent amenities make it a fantastic choice for both leisure and business guests seeking convenience and quality. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

The room is spacious by Japan standards and well-equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, electric kettle, air purifier/humidifier, air-conditioning, and basic amenities. If you opt for daily housekeeping, they’ll replenish items such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, combs, toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds, and body sponges. Towels are changed and trash is cleared daily as well. The only downside is the lack of complimentary drinking or hot water, even at the lobby—so you’ll have to boil water using the kettle provided in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it’s excellent—just a short walk from the train station, with a Don Quijote and FamilyMart nearby. There’s also a Daiso downstairs, along with plenty of restaurants and a game arcade. The complimentary breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a wide variety. It’s not extravagant but includes both Japanese and Western dishes such as curry rice, udon, pickles, grilled salmon, takoyaki, cold tofu, salads, warabimochi, sausages, chicken rings, fried chicken, cereals, milk, bread rolls with spreads, soft serve ice cream, DIY waffles, fruits, and beverages like coffee, tea, juice, and soft drinks.

Great for families with kids. Times flies as there are too many things to do inside the hotel. Indoor swimming pool, spa, arcade, karaoke, food park… The check in and check out process were self help. Check in time at 3pm. Check out time at 10am. After check out you can stay in the hotel and use the facilities. Good for those who need to hang yout for a little while more before their flight. Walking bare foot in the whole hotel building is a brand new experience for all of us. The swimming pool is only accessible by going through the female and male changing rooms which are on different floors. If a dad has to bring a daughter to the pool they will have to go in separately, which is not optimal.

Great deal and worth every cents. Almost a perfect 5/5 score. Nice clean hotel and resort with lots of facilities and amenities. Affordable and clean laundry and games room is also provided. Breakfast buffet is very delicious and plentiful and I would miss it a lot. Thank you Spa world and will definitely stay here again.

my room is at the new building. toilet and shower is new. room size is large compared to other osaka hotel the strange thing is that the hotel (maybe due to Japan spa/onsen bath requirements) requested everyone to take off shoe and store at with locker the spa is excellent, many facilitiesto try; pool and gym too. the hotel is close to subway. however, it has a long stairs at the entrance. I always use the escalator at parking to go up and down.

Convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. If you have tattoo not preferred to stay here as they are very strict. U cannot enjoy the hot bath. Room is spacious.
