The room is cute and equipped. The staff is very nice. The hotel close to Shin-osaka station, very convenient to go to the city center and Kobe for day trip. It has a 7/11 stores at 1F. Very recommend

Good points - Clean room - Good location. Near Shin-Osaka station and have a convenience store, which is connected directly to the hotel Concerning points - The room is little bit narrow. No wardrobe

Best hotel we stayed in Japan (includes Kyoto and Tokyo). This hotel is the cleanest with best water filter that makes our skin super smooth! No specks of dusts on any surface and the pajamas were clean and good quality for my sensitive skin. The breakfast were great too! Great location that’s so near to the subway - will definitely book again next time.

Recommend to whom want to go to World expo 2025. It take only 30 minutes from hotel to expo station (Yumeshima). Hotel’s located near Shin-Osaka station so it’s convenience to go to Kyoto, Kobe, Nara or around Osaka and also easy to go from Kansai airport. It’s quite around this area. The room is very clean and no cigarettes smell. The staff is nice to service.

100/10, to be honest. I stayed here for one night before my flight back home, after 3+ weeks of travelling and staying in hostels… and this was a dream. Couldn’t have been more thankful to stay in such a great room here.

very fast and easy check in with machine. there will be a staff there to guide you if you are facing any problem. got a smoking twin beds room but no cigarettes smell at all. not must space if you have big luggage. the normal amenities were provided except shaver, near to shin osaka station, easy to go any where by train. lobby at 2nd floor. few elevators to use.

Old and a bit outdated hotel but really clean room considiring the price.7/11 below was a plus. 3-5min from shin osaka station. Overall value for money

Great hotel. Relatively close to the Shin-Osaka station, meaning you have easy access to the rest of Osaka and nearby cities such as Kyoto and Nara.

The place is accessible but need to cross the bridge to arrive at the hotel. Room is a bit small but okay for 1 person 1 night. There is a 711 downstairs where you can buy anything needed, especially water as they didn't provide it.

The Location is a little bit far but not so far to walk. And the room is small but very clean. And amenities are very good, especially the coffee pack is very good, tasty.
