On the day after my room was cleaned, I discovered that my valuable pants had gone missing. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not speak English, and all communication had to rely on translation devices. The translations provided were often inaccurate, which made resolving the situation extremely challenging. Ultimately, I had to seek assistance from Trip.com’s support team to help recover my pants. While I appreciate that the item was eventually returned, the language barrier and communication difficulties created unnecessary stress. I hope the hotel can consider improving multilingual support to prevent similar issues for future guests.

Has a laundry room in hotel which is a real convenience. Staff is kind enough to allow access even after check out. Left behind toiletries bag and staff help send to tokyo for me . Big thank you to the team. Only feedback is couldnt get breakfast as last order was too early at 930am. Should have left some bread behind at least for late wakers. Wasted 2 nights breakdfast as came down 932am

Clean hotel with the location relatively close to the main train station and subway station.

Convenient location and a clean and comfortable room. Good for the price and close to the subway. Very convenient and nice for a short stay.

The rooms we booked are very narrow . Location is very okay . Easy to go from there .

Clean but no service. Insisted to request me to pay extra due to my booking was for one person (by mistake) but we have 2. Same room size. I just paid it as I don’t want to argue

Good location within walking distances to Metro or even Osaka Station. Clean and friendly staff. Despite in the (?) night club area, not noisy and not felt unsafe walking through the area at night. Negatives: rooms very small, no wardrobe, barely enough space to open suitcase (not even a big one) and once opened, little space to walk. Bath tub is small and only suitable for a little kid. Even toilet seat is smaller than usual. No International TV channels - all in Japanese. Staff not proficient in English and needs handheld translation gadget to interpret. Overall small room sizes mean simply not suitable for travelling with family or for leisure. More like business travel. Booking websites really need to emphasize this point.

My husband and I opted for an overnight stay at this hotel due to its convenient proximity to the American Embassy, where we had a visa interview scheduled for the next day. As a practical and well-equipped business hotel, it offered all the essential amenities. The staff displayed exceptional kindness and patience, with fluent English spoken by at least the check-in personnel. One highlight worth mentioning is the delightful breakfast experience. For the breakfast menu, one could choose to have a Japanese and Western style. 😄
