We had a great stay at this self-service hotel. Checking-in and out was seamless, I did have my doubts about whether we would get in ok! Perfect size for our family of 4, with a small kitchenette. There is a washing machine and a great function in the bathroom that dries clothes, which is perfect for families needing to wash some clothes before moving onto our next destination. Only downside was that there was no curtain/ blinds for the small window in the kitchen (which we resolved by hanging a towel over it), and the intercom kept flashing (again we just covered it with towel!). Happy with our stay and would recommend.

Everything is perfect for me the room cleanliness , the furnitures, the layout, the appliances we like all of them. Only one suggestion maybe better if put a small vacumm since its a condotel so that if guest stay long we can vacum the floor. Thank u and we will book again next visit thumbs up!!!

Nicely situated in a quiet side street but not far from Namba shopping area. Place is new and clean with basic amenities but a good choice for longer term stay.

房間乾淨整潔，面積很大，適合家庭出遊，晚上安靜不吵鬧，可以很好的休息，無前台也十分便捷～雖然比起鬧市區的酒店稍微有一丟丟距離，不過一個可以安安靜靜休息好的房間我覺得是旅行中更重要的事情，下次還會選擇這裏

房間很乾凈，入住當天酒店會發郵件告知怎麼進房間和取鑰匙，全程無接觸，很適合不會日語，英語交流又不是那麼順暢的我們 我們住了兩天，去附近超市買了牛肉回來吃，實現了在日本吃和牛自由 交通：惠美須町地鐵站1B出口出來左轉，步行3分鐘可到

非常滿意開心的旅行住宿！首先交通很方便，從關西機場乘南海線轉難波或者天下茶屋都很好轉乘堺筋線抵達惠美須町，出站口1B走五分鐘即可到達酒店！樓下20米就有711便利店，網紅打卡地沐津卸殼市場離酒店直線距離也不過10分鐘路程，從惠美須町換乘各線路去心齋橋梅田大阪新大阪都超級方便！絲滑去奈良京都神户名古屋！再來説下酒店設施盡顯用心，乾淨整潔環境好，雖然是自助式的，但絲毫沒有感覺到任何不妥，各種配套一應俱全！我們家庭四人居住的都很好，期間還去東京住了一晚，真是沒有比較就沒有差距，真是太差了.下次來大阪有緣再來住這裏！

숙소 컨디션 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 무인 시스템이다보니 즉시 물어볼수없는 점이 아쉬웠습니다.언어가 통한다면 이또한 극복가능할것 같습니다.

整體來說非常好，不論位置，購物，美食都十分方便。而且房間裏有洗衣乾衣機，不用帶太多衣服，每天都可以洗衣服。也可以到附近超市買肉回房間煮食，不過房間裹只有2張椅子。唯一不好是浴室內沒有掛毛巾及放買衣服地方。
