Thank you to staff member Tsubasa for the amazing check in service. I didn’t stay but my parents did and thanks to her and the whole team they not only had a wonderful time but a memorable one in Osaka. My parents couldn’t stop complimenting how good the staff and cleaning staff were. The excellent breakfast buffet. The wifi speed. The television had YouTube and all the modern entertainment you would expect to keep them entertained. And as you probably have already seen the views and the rooftop public spa I believe is second to none in Osaka hotels - spectacular. Excellent job to the staff. Thanks again.

Amazing hotel itself who equipped with fantasy sky spa which holds all the reason you should stay with. Few stations away from umeda, make things so much easier.

Family vacation, stayed for 5 nights, if Breakfast could provide more variation each day will be better. Nice view

Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower boasts an unbeatable location in the vibrant Umeda area. With easy access to public transportation, shopping districts, and top attractions, it’s a perfect base for exploring Osaka. The surrounding area is lively yet convenient, offering countless dining and entertainment options just steps away. An excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Location and amenities were decent, but the parking situation was a nightmare, and the staff was unprofessional. Be cautious if you plan to park here. Although the property advertises parking in the building, it is managed by a separate company. The pricing is misleading and unreasonable: parking costs 300 yen per 30 minutes, with a daily maximum of 2,500 yen only if you leave your car parked without moving it. For us, parking twice during the day (2–3 hours each time) and overnight ended up costing more than 6,000 yen per day. This policy was unclear during booking and extremely inconvenient for travelers who need to come and go throughout the day. Additionally, the car park is not accessible 24 hours—you can’t retrieve your vehicle after 11 PM. When we raised our concerns with the reception staff, they dismissed our complaints and offered no solution. When we questioned how a supposed 5-star property could provide such poor service, a staff member shockingly denied the hotel’s 5-star status. I showed them proof from their listing on multiple booking platforms, where the 5-star rating is clearly displayed. The entire experience was disappointing.

This is not a five star hotel. It more like a 3 star. The cleaning lady throw our clothes on the floor when we out it on our bed. How horrible !!!! I will never stay here again. It’s definitely not a Japanese standard hotel. How can they claim themselves as a 5 star hotel. Horrible experience😡

This is our second time staying at Candeo Osaka Tower, and it is a 10/10. We love the Skyspa and the location is very easy to navigate. It's a wonderful hotel to get back from the shopping at Osaka Station or Dontibori Street. Will definitely stay here every time my family is in Osaka not matter the cost!

What is good: Location Roof top spa Coin washing machine What is bad: Noise hotel is next to the highway there is car racing from 8pm till 3 am there is no way anyone can sleep. Customer service there is none unless you know Japanese Too much tour group going anywhere within hotel you need to wait, lift, breakfast, gym, washing machine

The hotel provides a awesome and nice view rooftop onsen, but in terms of cleanness and privacy for the onsen is unacceptable. 1. The rooftop onsen has nothing to cover which means it’s easy for people from the opposite building can observe that, that’s not appropriate. 2. Hotel has not enough staff to monitor the onsen amenities, a lot of Korean just bring the mobile with them and use the mobile on the rooftop onsen. This this the worst public onsen I’ve seen in terms of privacy and cleanness. The hotel is close to 新北地， not recommended for just ladies.

Hotel room is big compared to other Japan hotel rooms. Location is well, so so. Cannot compare to Dontonburi area. Love the Spa n Washing machine facilities. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast not worth it. Is like any other western breakfast. Good enough to just have it once. The design of thr room is Abit weird. You will see the toilet first before anything else and it's quite an open concept. Something I dun like. No shower caps given too. No vending machines and water refill machines too. Other Japan hotels have it. But still, I did enjoy my stay in this hotel. One more to improve is the USB outlets. There isn't any in this hotel. You need to use your travel adapter for their 2 pins.

A pleasant stay. The window view overlooking the city and river was beautiful. Clean and comfortable room. Good location, nearby Yodoyabashi station.

This hotel is a bit more expensive than some other options in the area, but there's spacious room and well-maintained facilities especially the rooftop hot spring. The view is impressive. Soaking in the hot spring while overlooking the cityscape was an unforgettable experience, especially after a day of exploring.

The hotel location was great. Everything was good except our room. We went in with a strong smell of urine in the shower. The smell was so strong that u can smell it in the bedroom. Fortunately the staff was able to get someone one to do a clean up again.

The hotel was beyond expectations. Location is not super near to the train station but great to get around in the city.
