It is really a pleasant stay in namba. Im so satiesfied. The hotel is close to convience store and the grocery store... close to sakuragawa station too.. And there is a staff names Jay Rin, he is very kind and so helpful. Thanks to him... i will come back to stay at thia hotel...

The room is quite small, but everything else about the hotel is great. They respond quickly to guests’ needs. The high cost-performance ratio can make up for the small room size. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

This hotel was very nice , 5 mins walk to the subway station ! Price was cheap ; hotel was clean I’ll definitely book again

The water pressure wasn't sufficient, and there were several moments when the water stopped during my shower. It's a self-check-in hotel, so I didn't expect immediate solutions. The room is small, but in terms of location, convenience, and facilities, I believe there are a wide range of substitutes to choose from.

Cute Little room, I did a self check-in which was convenient since we arrived at night after the desk opening hours. Clean and the location is great in Osaka, 20min walk from Dotonbori.

This place is absolutely a joke. With the self service option they provide itself is a pain. With no one to talk to or speak with if you have a problem. We were located to their alternative hotel and upon arriving that hotel was under construction. I was with a 3 month old who needed immediate attention. Had to wait for bloody 6 hours to go back to original booking location (few ladies which were quite helpful with this process). Anyways TLDR: find other alternatives
