Location, Cleanliness are very good. Amenities can be improved by providing fragrance spray for shoes. Besides the locker side is not able to fit in large luggage. Regarding service, it’s mostly self service all the time. Overall the stay is very good, definitely will revisit again by any chance.

Good location , walkable from Nippombashi subway around 5-6 min . You can walk from hotel to Namba shopping area , no need to take a subway Public area for guest is quite small , anyway we spent most days out , not so serious about that. There are only 4 toilets for guests , Shower rooms are 4 too A local restaurant near the hotel is so good , it’s really really local style

No staff to talk , you have to check in by your self with their tablet but it easy than talk to staff for me.lol Better thing than any other hostel is they give you free towel. Another hostel you have to pay 100 yen for it. And you can get it from front of shower room. They have locker for your stuff and that is good. A little thing that you have to know is public space for eating or meeting someone is too small.Anything is ok.

Jakotel+ Namba offers a fantastic location, just a short walk from the vibrant Kuromon Market and conveniently close to the train station. The hotel provides clean facilities, including a comfortable toilet and shower area, along with free sleepwear for added convenience. The check-in and check-out process is seamless and hassle-free, and they also offer free luggage storage before and after checkout, which is a great touch. The only downside is the limited space in the locker area, which can be a bit tight, especially if you have large luggage and need to organize or adjust things. Despite this, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay overall. Highly recommend it for those looking for a peaceful, well-located spot in Osaka!

I absolutely loved my stay at Jakotel! This place feels like a 5-star hostel/capsule. It’s a little gem, perfectly located so you can easily walk to the main attractions. Plus, it’s in a trendy, social neighborhood. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend or a few days. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hotel provides essentials like toothbrushes, shampoo, and even adorable pajamas for the night. Everyone respects each other, so you can rest assured you’ll have a good night’s sleep here.

The location was perfect. Super easy to walk around. The bed was comfortable and had space for some small things. The con would be that the lockers dont actually fit the suitcases so everyone's suitcases are around the tiny areas. But the hostel was clean and the check in was easy. I think i would stay here again if i come back to osaka.

Great location near seafood market and metro station. Self check in went smoothly.

Small hostel, not too cozy, many stickers with rules, checking and -out all digital.

This was a solid stay- close to Dotonbori, spacious bed, amenities like slippers, towels, and pajamas provided. Locker with a code so you don’t need your own lock. I think self check-in places can be kind of iffy- there was an issue with my booking when I showed up and it said it wasn’t time for me to check in yet even though it was the day of my check-in and it said check in is available 24hrs. Luckily a woman happened to be there who could fix the mistake in the computer but I met a traveler later who booked an all female dorm and the computer assigned her a room in the all male dorm. She had to email and wait for someone to come and fix the problem. Then I received emails from the hostel addressing someone with a different name so it felt to me like their system was not as streamlined as it needed to be. Also there is only one toilet on each floor- just something to be aware of.

Very convenient location. It's near from namba,dotombori,tombori river. Everywhere around has nearby restaurant and conveniwnce store. I will definitely come back .

The Hostel was perfect. The Only “bad” thing is the lack of social interaction Space, but all the other things were Superb

Overall, this hostel is good. Just one suggestion: if possible, please provide instructions on how to use the toilet in each dorm, as some guests leave their pee without flushing. They might not know how to use it properly.
