really convenient location within walking distance to public transport and dotonbori. there's also famima, lawson and 7eleven all right outside. rooms were also larger than usual and very clean. even though there's no front desk, check in and check out processes were very simple. would definitely stay here again if i'm back in Osaka.

We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

Good place, really short time to the station but it is too noisy and not enough rack for cloths on the wall

Great location with plenty of amenities nearby. There was a washer in the hotel and we were happy to bring the clothes to a nearby dobby for drying. Definitely just sufficient space for a family of four.

Great location just few minutes walk to Dotonbori and Namba station. Few convenient stores downstairs.

I love it here easy to check in and u can pick up the key by urself🤩🤩🤩 the room was pretty spacious and divided into sections. Super cleannnn recommend

The room is so dirty. The floor carpets look like there’ s no vacuuming. Dust particles spread throughout the room. Allergic rash has appeared on our children’s bodies after the first night. (We had stayed there 3 nights.) Its location is good. However, there will not be our second time here.

The room was spacious and even had a washing machine inside which made it easy for us to wash our clothes. This is a self check-in hotel so there was no staff in there to assist us

도톤보리에서 5분거리 정도 모든게 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다. 백화점 돈키호테 투어까지~ 식당 모든게 가까워서 이동하는데 큰 불편함 없었어요. 마지막 최고 서비스 체크아웃 할때 짐보관 서비스 까지 너무 좋았습니다.

모든 점에서 엄청 좋앗습니다 한국인 분들도 많아서 편햇고요 근데 처음에 호텔 들어갈때 비밀번호 누르는게 엄청 햇갈렷어요 ㅠㅜㅠ 그리고 바닥이랑 이불에 먼지가 좀 있었어요.. 그거 빼고는 다 좋앗습니당 만약 오사카에 또 가게된다며 또 머무를거 같네요

非常好的一次入住體驗（五天四夜酒店式公寓），出酒店100米內有7-11、羅森、全家，品類花樣繁多可以每天換着吃，步行至唐吉柯德、高島屋、心齋橋、道頓堀、大丸百貨基本都是十五分鐘的路程，下次來大阪還會選擇. 設施：空調、冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機、灶台油煙機、碗筷、鍋具齊全，還有陽台哦. 衞生：入室有門檻石更換拖鞋後就踏上了地毯，非常乾淨. 環境：旅遊購物中心旁邊，酒店很乾凈，公區每天都有人打掃. 服務：雖然和工作人員全程雲交流，全部中文交流體驗很好、很熱情，娃的pad丟酒店裡了工作人員還貼心的給郵寄回來，非常感謝！

도톤보리하고 가깝고 난바역도 가깝고 바로앞에 패밀리마트 1분거리안에 세븐도있고 대형마트 가깝고 위치 너무 좋았습니다 수건이랑 1회용품은 6층,7층에 엘베 옆 서랍 열어보면 가득있어서 편했어요

地點方便，在美國村內，步行可到心齋橋，附近有三間便利商店方便買日常用品，附近有間炸雞翼店，太好吃每晚吃飽都忍不住買來吃。 房間可以打平開到3個大喼都夠位，洗澡和廁所分開很好，只是廁所太細，便便時有點壓迫感😅

第二次來大阪，也是我第二次選擇了住一心齋橋美國村店，美國村店的CP值非常高，離鬧區也非常近，樓下就可以租腳踏車跟滑板車，離橘子街也非常近，老公逛橘子街，老婆逛大馬路的精品街，都非常方便。 無人接待的櫃檯，入住前會給你房屋信箱的密碼，找到你正確的房號，在房門口信箱按密碼，就可以拿到房間鑰匙了，對於社交恐懼的人非常友善。房間內有明火，可以去附近市場買和牛跟海膽回房間簡單料理，使用微波爐也非常方便，浴室乾溼分離還有洗衣機，房間外也有一個很大的陽台，電視可以看YOUTE跟NETFLIX不用看聽不懂的日文節目，退房後行李也可以先放置樓下的角落，不過是無人看管的，所以貴重物品自己評估，飯店旁邊有一家50年的咖哩飯非常有名，退房完可以去品嘗看看 唯二缺點，房間內的衣架比較少，對於冬天外套很多就比較不方便，另外，建議飯店可以在一樓放置行李秤，這樣會大大的加分。 下次去大阪還是會選擇住一心齋橋美國村店。
