Other than the room being a bit for small for us as we had big luggages, really enjoyed the breakfast food options that we were given! Especially the curry, egg/omelette, and chawamushi!

Very good location, the front desk staff is so kind, I would recommend this hotel!

Hotel is near Nambo station in Osaka, if you drive car, there are many parking near the hotel. But 10am check out was so early.

The location is a little far from Namba station so be mindful if you have a big suitcase, might be a little tiring to move about under the hot sun during this period. otherwise, service and cleanliness was great.

Location is walking distance to Kuromen Market, Dotonbori, Namba Station, JR Namba Station, Daikokucho Station, etc etc. Hotel staff really try their best to communicate English and accomodate guests. Buffet breakfast is complete, Recommend this hotel to stay when in Osaka.

Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood

The staff are very nice and provide good services to us. The hotel should add some tea bags & water in the room.

Location was great, a 15 minute walking distance to Dotonbori (Glico sign) and close to many restaurants/cafes and 7-11! Also, a great location for riding many different rail lines. Front desk has English speaking staff, but they also have signs and guides in Korean, Mandarin and obviously Japanese. We booked a single room with two single beds but I find the room way too tiny. We struggled to open one standard check-in suitcase in the room for packing/un-packing. We also struggled to find the space to put the suitcases, the room layout isn’t the best in my opinion. They don’t clean the rooms every day (not an issue for us), but they do provide brand new towels and hang them on the door. Because they don’t enter our room, they don’t empty out the bin so you might have to deal with this yourselves or ask them about it. The best thing about the room is the fact they have a safe to put all your valuables in and I found this super handy! The hotel also has a scale to check the weight of your suitcases!
