Location just ok, near bus stop but quite far to other location. Behind the room got very beautiful river. Amenities quite good, free washing soap. All good

I really like this apartment hotel. like being at home. close to the metro or subway. the metro to go directly to kansai airport is also very close, 5 minutes walk. 45 minutes to Kansai airport

Very near to Shinimamiya Station, Nankai Line. Easy to access Nanba, Dotonbori. Highly recommended.

Very clean and neat, good location 3 min walk to nearest train station. Easy check-in process. Washing machine is working fine, only thing is that should have more hangers and poles to hang washed clothes. Overall very happy with place - value for money.

We booked 5 nights with 4 single beds for a family of 4. Apt was well cleaned during check-in but no further cleaning services were provided over the 5 nights of the stay. Would appreciate a vacuum cleaner to be available in the lobby for DIY cleaning.Toilet and bathroom are 2 seperate cubicles which are convenient if 3 or 4 people are staying in the same room. Toiletries can be replenished on the ground floor unmanned lobby. There is also a balcony for drying clothes. The room would be ideal for 3 adults but we still managed to make do with 4 adults. Location is great with 2 train stations, a convenience store, supermarket within a short walking distance. Ideal for budget conscious traveller.

Lovely clean and roomy apartment very near the train station. Great if you can speak or read Japanese. We had trouble accessing the accommodation as you have to send a photo of your passport and the system wouldn’t accept it. This was very stressful late at night in the cold!

The hotel is conveniently located close to several line, including Nankai Line that goes straight to Kansai International Airport. Overall very clean room and surrounding. Ample space for 3 people to open suitcases, might be a little tight for 4 people.

No easy to find because of the Google map not connected. This is the first time I try to check it by myself without any service and nobody explain to us how to do in front of the hotel door, a bad experience of the check in process.

We loved how it was close to most things, and particularly as we had to leave early in the morning with all of our luggage to Kansai, the distance from the place to the Nankai Line proved particularly beneficial - short walk and lifts available, with many train options in the morning. Finding the place was a little difficult if using google maps since the navigation proved difficult in and around the building. A good thing we got help from a Nankai Line employer at the Nankai "tunnel" who showed us the general direction to the apartment. If you exit from JR line, walk to the Nankai line tunnel on your right as you exit. Apartment was super close to a Mega Donki too which was awesome with food trucks and stalls under the bridge. Area was quiet, if not for the occasional train passing, though the rooms were well insulated. Overall an enjoyable stay. Rooms were relatively large by Japan's standard and there was a tiny cooking area with some utensils, and a washing machine. I liked how the toilet was separated from the bath area. We took the quad room with four beds and still had enough walking space and a bed just for our luggage since there wasn't however, enough room for luggage and clothes storage. You can dry your clothes at a sizeable balcony and in the current summer heat, our clothes dried up really quickly. Self check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. Too bad there wasn't any complimentary coffee, tea or water.

We had a few days in Osaka and chose Apartment Hotel 11 due to having a family of 4 and location. The room was very clean with 4 beds and included a washing machine. Although there wasn't a dryer, we managed to clean clothes via hanging and using a local 24hr laundry that was an 8 min walk. Could have used extra pillows, but overall it was good. Shower water pressure was great, and very conveniently close to the train station. Double glazing cut down the train noise, and the hotel supplies earplugs for those who need them. Reverse cycle air con system does heating and cooling.

The apartment is clean and new , near the train station , there is a supermarket nearby which is very convenient for snacks or fruits , checking in was smooth and clear , highly recommeded

This is the second time booked to this apartment. High CP value. Quiet place. close to JR station.
