We are able to cook but there’s no knife. The bed sheet is not clean but overall is good

Very good location. Just a few steps from the kuromon market. The check-in instructions were clear. However, I still need to try a few times to open the box to take the room key. The room was very clean. There is a family-mart just next door.

Hotel was clean & spacious for a family of 3, self check in was smooth with instructions shared prior check in. Customer support provided swift response.

Amazing location, 3 mins walk to the closest market!, Less than 5 mins walk to the train station. Room is clean and nice, will definately stay here again!

I just stayed here for one night because I needed to move to Kyoto. The pre-checkin process was very clear, and the admin was extremely helpful. I would stay here again if I ever returned to Osaka.

2 mins walk to kuromon market & 10mins walk to Namba station. No lobby and only self check-in is available. Provide tooth paste, tooth brush, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bowl, chopstick and even washing machine. There are 2 apartment hotel in the neighbourhood tho, might easy to get confused and set wrong destination in google. Better to double check on this

It takes about 15mins walk from Nankai Namba station to the hotel. I made a mistakes and went to Hotel11 Kuromon 1 which is quite nearby to Kuromon 2. Luckily, another guest helped us to and realised that there are 2 Hotel11 apartments in the same area. It's just repainted the apartment corridors but there isn't any unpleasant smell. The room is absolutely spacious in Osaka or Asian standard and the room rate is considered as value for money. The only thing to comment is no staff at the lobby management office and you have to either email or call direct phone line if any checkin issue.

Clean and efficient

優點：1，圖1，酒店位置在黑門市場旁邊，鬧中取靜。黑門市場裏面有很多餐館，海鮮超市，葯粧店等，很方便。穿過黑門市場就是地鐵日本橋站，乘車方便，走路去心齋橋道頓堀也不遠。2，圖2345，酒店是自助入住，無人管理的模式，用提前收到的密碼開大門，開鑰匙盒取鑰匙。3，圖6到13，房間裏面是兩張一米四的床，帶孩子的話完全夠住，在日本算房間比較大的，還有個小陽台，洗衣機冰箱爐灶廚具都配的比較齊全。洗手間是三分離的。不足的話，1，酒店衹使用連結式的客服諮詢，如果有微信會更好更及時，畢竟是中國人開的民宿。2，隔音實在是不好，晚上聽到一些尷尬的聲音。 #住宿推薦 #大阪酒店 #大阪旅行

在黑門市場旁邊，附近還有一家24小時的全家便利商店～超方便！入住時按那個大門密碼卡關比較久，注意要按快要一點，按的時候不要遲疑門就會開了🤣 可以自煮還有其他工具跟微波爐！家母是說喜歡這家更有家的感覺～～ 洗衣機也簡單！重點是吹風機很好吹～不是那種爛爛的便宜貨！陽台打開也很舒適～唯一可惜因為是鑰匙，所以只有提供一隻，同房的人都要注意誰拿鑰匙，不然回來要互等～

喺大阪可以住到有咁大嘅酒店房，有埋廳房係非常方便！ 床夠大好舒服！係2張大雙人床！ 廁所廚房好乾淨！ 酒店提供好多amenities 有洗衣機洗衣粉👍🏻

酒店整潔，有洗衣機，爐具齊全，可煮食，行去黑門市場很近，但行去心齋橋則較遠，四周食掂林立，覓食方面，但黑門市場食物很貴，全是遊客價及公式化，提不起興趣。 這酒店4時check in，早上十時check out，有寄放行李角落，但沒人看管，他說，重要物品不要放在這裏。 你可以把行李放在一個有鐵柱的角落(見圖3)，中午入住或搭下午3，4點後飛機的人，十分不方便，大家要細心考慮這點。實例:本人下午一點到難波，不能入住，便要花2000幾日幣寄存行李，這就是他跟酒店不同的地方，希望可以幫到大家。

距離日本橋地鐵站10號出口（有電梯喔）幾分鐘，樓下有一家便利商店，走路不到1分鐘就到黑門市場～走路到心齋橋也是10分鐘左右。民宿裡面有煮食爐、洗衣機、冷暖氣，衛浴乾濕分離，自助式入住退房，很適合不需要酒店客房服務的旅客

入住三人房有廚房，附近黑門中川生鮮店可以購買食材回飯店自理，雖有超油煙機但房間仍會有味道，建議新增空氣清淨機。晚上隔一條街都是宵夜，不怕肚子餓，另外轉角就有知名魚豐鰻魚飯，可以早起排9點第一批。
