Very convenient location near the Shin Osaka station, subway and airport bus. Rooms are small but fine. Due to location, train noise can be heard all day. Restaurant downstairs is great, convenient.

Great location right next to the shin Osaka JR and metro station. Most convenient you can ask for!

Despite this hotel is very wdll located of less than 4 minutes walk from Shin Osaka it is difficult to find out way to go. The South gate is the nearear exit and access to the hotel. Unfortunately, the signs leading to the Siuth gate are hardly found inside the station. Otherwise the hotel is very good and well worth the value by staying and at such a price.

During our stay, we found the hotel's location to be acceptable, just a 10-minute walk from JR Shin Osaka Station. Conveniently, there is a Family Mart next to the hotel, only a minute away. However, we did notice that the room was quite small, making it difficult to accommodate two pieces of luggage, though we understand this is common in Japan and anticipated it when we booked. Each floor has a water machine, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the room and the entire floor were heavily permeated with cigarette smoke, which had soaked into the curtains and bed sheets. Due to the hotel being fully booked, we could not change rooms. While we accepted this situation since it was part of our original booking, the staff did provide an air purifier, although it didn't help much. Additionally, we found the number of sockets insufficient; there was only one above the bed and the other one close to the door, which was not convenient enough for two people. On a positive note, there is a restaurant open until 11:00 PM that serves breakfast, which is quite convenient, even though we didn’t partake in the meal.

Room was comfortable and adequate in size. Comfortable enough to move in with 2 open suitcases. Enough towels and toiletries for daily needs. My one caveat is that their elevator took FOREVER. And it wasn't like it wasn't busy but everyday i used it, I'd have to wait 5-9 min (I timed it lol). Other than that, quite nice hotel.

Crazy small rooms, location is near the subway- was a good point. But rooms a extremely small.

Suitable distance . Near jr station and metro station within 5minit walking distance. Just need to push your luggage across some' stone road '. Room at the higher floor better view . Around have family mart.

Nice place to stay in, close to transportation and stores, restaurants and laundry within walking distance. Breakfast can be also added to package as there’s a restaurant in the first floor.

very good location near subway red line exit 7, JR line and shinkanzen only walking distance. the room sizes was comfortable for 2 guests with 28" luggage also clean and full of amenities. i would have to saved this place for my next visit to Osaka 😊

-The hotel is so close to the metro station and JR Shin-Osaka station. -There are many restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. -The room and the bathroom are clean and fit for solo travelers. -The hotel staffs are very nice.

Unizo inn is near the Shin-Osaka Shinkansen train station, 5mins-10mins walking distance. Convenient for visitors who travel the Shinkansen train often. Osaka metro station is just 2mins walk from the hotel and easy to travel to some hit place like umeda, shinsaibashi, tennoji. This hotel lobby is at level 2, amenities can be see at lobby area. Hotel's staffs are polite and helpful. Hotel's room is nice and neat. Yayoi restaurant locates at level 1,just beside the hotel's elevator,convenient to find other food restaurants around the hotel. Nearby hotel do have convenience stores and vending machines. Hotel room price is reasonable for a short stay at Osaka.
