Best hotel stay for this Japan trip! Size was just right for a solo traveller, had enough space to open luggage and still walk comfortably around the room. Hotel location was superb, the elevator direct from train station to hotel was a blessing when with luggage. It's easy to get to all areas of Osaka from hotel, nearby amenities were good too. Hotel uses alot of technology in their management which brings a lot of convenience to customers, like self service check in and out, monitoring of laundry status from room tv, YouTube casting from phone etc. 100/100 will stay again!

It is a convenient location to Umeda and the Keihan line. Easy access to the hotel as it has got elevator. Love that it is a quiet spot, allows me to rest well. Just note that the konbini around this area closes at 11pm as it is a business district. The room is big enough for two pax, but can get a bit squeezy if you have lot of stuff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the room was very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a kettle, which added to the convenience. The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful during check-in, providing excellent service. The location is particularly convenient—there’s direct access to the subway station from the B1 floor of the building, and it’s close to all the major attractions. Overall, the experience was very comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

The location is great, just inside the metro station. it's very near to keihan line. Room is small but the space is well used and it's very clean.

The rooms are tiny but sufficient for rest. The bed was really comfy and glad that we had the option to ask for an extra pillow. Otherwise, the pillows provided were too soft and flat. The location of the hotel made going to Kyoto really convenient via the Keihan line. B1 gives you direct access to the train station. Enjoyed our stay very.

Everything is automated. From check ins to check outs and everything in between. Sometimes, I’d prefer that human touch still. It is just an okay hotel. Nothing to wow about. If you’re looking for more traditional Japanese hotels, this is not for you. They have us a few freebies for our wedding anniversary though. So that’s a plus point

Room is very clean, not very spacious but enough for 2 people with 2 luggages. Location is well connected with metro station.

It’s clean and located above yadobashi station. From exit 1, just walk all the way down past 7-11 and look out for the hotel sign on the right. It’s so convenient! Love it!
