This waterfront house comes complete with its own beach area that's perfect for swimming. We also use the beach area to launch our bass boat. Other outdoor amenities include a 2 well dock, firepit, large hot tub, a screened in porch, and a deck with seating/table and a grill. This house sleeps 12 guests comfortably. In the loft area there is a king size bed with a lake view. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a lake view, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room with 2 twin size bunk beds and a full size bed with a twin trundle. All bedrooms have a tv as does the living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a full size washer and dryer. And linens and towels provided. Only 15-20 minutes from tons of restaurants, shopping, and more in Osage Beach.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Great stay, lots of fun, water was gorgeous! Lots of amenities! It’s further north and about 15-25min drive from most attractions and main strip. Would stay again, beds were clean and comfortable with good linen and air conditioning was a life saver for us this past week!

Very attentive host Overall a nice house to stay at! The dock is amazing which makes up for the house being a bit smaller than it seems on the site. But in my opinion the dock is more important! The host was very attentive with any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice getaway home I liked that they had extras for swimming on the beach like kayaks, paddle boat and life jackets. We had a blast at this house I would definitely rent again!
