Rustic, comfortable country house " Gemma", 600 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 12 km from the centre of Orvieto, outside the resort Benano, 23 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property 8 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (150 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, thermal baths "Dei Papi" 44 km, bathing lake "Bolsena" 23 km. Nearby attractions: Grotte Di Castro 17 km, Civita Di Bagnoregio 25 km, Capodimonte 32 km, Pitigliano 36 km, San Casciano Dei Bagni 38 km, Viterbo 44 km. Please note: car recommended. The apartment corresponded to the description on behalf of the premises. The grill was on a neighboring plot, this boring when it would have been nice for a big group to be in the same room together. There was an electronic gate to the house that also did

Das Haus mit Grundstück ist sehr einsam gelegen aber traumhaft schön. Wer also dem Massentourismus aus dem Weg gehen möchte, ist dort genau richtig! Wir haben es genossen! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Pool sehr groß. Wir würden wieder hinfahren!
