Adler Spa Resort Balance

Stay,,beyond expectations,, just excellent. Special mention of Kusum at restaurant she is a rock star and a brilliant host serving like a goddess,, will definitely visit again,, food was beyond expectations and spa just woh,, thanks again

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming the moment we arrived! Helped us park the car and gave us a tour of the grounds immediately! The price you pay for what is included is INCREDIBLE. Unlimited use of the spa areas, gym, pools, etc. the hotel has access to so many activities and resources! breakfast was included and AMAZING every morning. We will be staying here again and trying out other Adler hotels!

This was our first visit to an Adler property. We will be back! It started off well with our room being available early, love that. We stayed in the Adler Balance which is attached via a below ground level walkway with the Adler Dolomiti. And they share the large spa (pools, saunas, gym). It’s a very short walk. The bar is in the Dolomiti. The room was quite large with a nice view of the town and mountains. If you’re a light sleeper, the church with loud bells are very close, but if you keep the door shut it’s not too loud. The bed was comfortable and a nice seating area with a couch and table along with a desk and chair. The closet is great! So big with shelves and plenty of hangers. We couldn’t figure out the thermostat and IMO the hotel is kept very warm (it was snowy outside so maybe most people enjoyed the heat). The bathroom was good sized as well. I loved the heated floors and appreciate the separate toilet closet (with bidet and small sink). Good water pressure in the shower and thank you for having good sized toiletries. The robes are fluffy and warm and I liked the flip flops instead of slippers. The spa is huge and has pretty much any option one could want. The gym is so spacious. Great free weight options, weight machines, and cardio equipment. They offer multiple classes each day as well. There are two pools that are kept at two temps. I enjoyed the slightly warmer one that has great jets in the wall. The hot (185 degree) sauna is in the adult building. It’s textile free but you can wear a towel. There is also a steam room and bio hay sauna with a great view. The one actual hot water hot tub is in this area as well. Very nice to soak while looking at the mountains. Breakfast was good. Nice options. It would have been nice to have the egg options change instead of being the same daily. Half board includes breakfast and dinner. If you stay in the Balance you dine there (unless your request to dine in the Dolomiti and they have space). For dinner there are two menu options (with multiple course options) and a few consistent items offered daily. I did like that you can pick any of the courses. There is also a salad and cheese buffet to enjoy. The wine list good sized with some very tasty wines. Service was good. The Dolomiti had more options and a large dessert buffet. I enjoyed the winter hikes that were offered. Very fun and my first time with snowshoes. They also offer ski tours with a guide. It’s an under 10 min walk to two gondolas to two different ski areas. Very convenient! And right in town near many shops and restaurants. It was a wonderful stay for the holidays (with fun Christmas surprises). The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and want to try other Adler properties as well.

The Adler Balance Spa in Ortisei is a perfect winter destination for both skiers and non-skiers. Rooms are light and airy with beautiful views over the town of Ortisei and the Dolomites. The restaurant offers a nice range of food for both breakfast and dinner, with excellent buffet offerings of breads, fruits, juices, cheese, smoked salmon, etc at breakfast and a range of salads, cheese and bread at dinner (be sure to try mostarda di pera with your cheese!). The service is top notch and friendly. The restaurant ambiance at the Balance is perfect for adults - with warm light and the soft buzz of conversation and people enjoying themselves. For a change of venue, you can request to dine at the Adler Dolomiti - different menu, but also excellent food and a dessert buffet. Depending on where you are seated, it could be a bit noisier as this is where families will be dining (including small children). The spa facilities are top notch - with a range of saunas and steam baths, treatments and indoor and outdoor pools. The adult only building is wonderful - the saunas have a wall of large windows to let in light and views. Every day there is a sauna infusion which is amazing. The spa treatments were the best we ever had. The hotel is perfectly located to walk to lifts for Seceda and Alpe di Siusi slopes as well as the frequent ski bus to Santa Christina and Selva. There are many daily outdoor activities for non-skiers as well as guided skiing for both intermediate and advanced skiers. This is just an amazing hotel!

I did not stay at the Adler this time, friends id and loved the rooms and the service. I was just privileged to be invited to a Hotel dinner buffet and I admit the choices of appetizers, the pasta plate and the main course have been outstanding for a half-board stay. The dessert buffet was equally well done and we were escorted to the outside terrace to enjoy coffees and after-dinner drinks. A true nice experience, Thank you Adler staff.

Hotel eccellente per qualità e servizio. Il personale è gentilissimo e altamente qualificato. Le colazioni sono un sogno così come tutti i servizi offerti dalla struttura. Paesaggio mozzafiato immersi nella pace delle Dolomiti. Da provare
