Middle Town Beach Hotel Bodrum

This is the scariest hotel we've ever seen, and we've seen quite a few. All the descriptions of the hotel mention that the renovation was done in 2023 is a complete lie. The service staff is absolutely indifferent to the environment and the guests. The rooms and the territory are practically not maintained. The so-called restaurant is completely dirty, there is a constant lack of food and tools. We lived in a family room, so it became possible to stay in it only if we arranged ourselves. In the closet, hangers were hanging by threads, electrical wires were sticking out of the walls, some light bulbs were not working or almost fell out of their sockets, the furniture was probably 50 years old, barely alive, etc. i.e. There was not even a word about changing the room, even though the hotel was not full. After a few days of requests led to such a number that ours turned out to be a fairy tale. And this is a 4-star hotel with everything included.

Temizlik hijyen her yerde sıfır otelin içi dışı odalar havuz deniz her yer leş gibi. Yemekleri berbat ötesi tatlılara lezzet olarak tatlı demeye bin şahit lazım ARKADAŞLAR HER ANLAMIYLA BERBAT BİR OTEL. Animasyon müzik gösteri hiçbir şey yok.

The staff doesn't speak English well, you could have a normal conversation with only a few employees. We got a room where everything in the bathroom was broken, the towel hooks fell, it was full of mold, the room had another door through which a Turkish tourist from the next room just entered our personal space while we were in bed. And what I "liked the most" was a huge cockroach rolling around on the floor. The elevators often didn't work, and climbing the stairs to the 7th floor when it was plus 40 was really not pleasant. The Internet only appeared a couple of days before departure. No entertainment, one day only a man played the guitar. It's dirty everywhere, you can't even find toilet paper in the public toilets. The Turks at the bar were served first, and we were the last, even though we arrived first, even if we gave tea to the staff. The Turks were made nice cocktails in glasses, and for us they crushed some kind of sweet slushie and poured it into a disposable cup. There was a lack of clean glasses and utensils in the restaurant. Almost everywhere outside smelled of sewage.

Asla tavsiye etmiyorum! Odalardaki görüntü ve hijyen iğrenç. Sitelere eklenen görsellerle alakası yok. Telefonda ön bilgi alırken ilgili arkadaşlar her odanın kendi balkonu var demişlerdi ama bize verilen oda depodan bozma şekilde. İçerisi çok havasız ve temizlik sıfır. Mobilyalar hurda pazarından alınmış görüntüde ve temizlikte! Yatak dış kapının hemen karşısında, dış kapıyı takip eden bir koridor alanı yok kapı açılır açılmaz direk odanın içerisindeniz. Diğer odalar bu şekilde değil sanırım bize bu şekilde verildi. Asla bir mahremiyet alanı yok diğer oda ile giriş kapımız aynı balkona bakıyor. Snack bardan içecek olarak fanta aldık ama bildiğiniz suya sarı boya atılmış. Tat ve asit sıfır! Asla ve asla tavsiye etmiyorum!!

Otelin tek güzel yanı denizi , o da Allah vergisi , hizmet sıfır , eğer odanız ana binada değilse yolun üzerindeki odalardaysa eziyet olur , hiç konaklamadan kaçarak uzaklaşın , yemekler berbat , restorant Sinek içinde , otel pis çalışanlar doğru düzgün Türkçe konuşamıyor , otopark alanı yok denecek kadar küçük , valemşn araba kullanmaktan haberi yok , vale arabamı çarptı , 2 günlüğüne gitmiştim Allahtan , bir daha önünden geçmem

Yeni adıyla Jura bodrum olan otelle ilgili olumsuz bir kaç yorum gördüğümüzden dolayı çekinerek geldiğimiz otelden çok memnun bir şekilde ayrıldık.Fiyat performans açısından şiddetle tavsiye edilebilecek bir otel.Sezon başı sakinliginden faydalanıp tatil yapma isteğimizi memnuniyete dönüştüren bu güzel calisanlara yorum yapmadan geçmek istemedim.Otelin sezonu yeni açmış olmasına rağmen herşeyin misafir memnuniyeti odaklı sisteme dönüşmesini takdir etmemek haksızlık olur.Tanisma fırsatı bulduğumuz çalışan arkadaşlardan müdürleri Harun bey nezdinde tüm çalışan arkadaşlara teşekkür ederiz.Cift olarak geldiğimiz otelin her alanından ve tüm çalışanlarından memnun bir şekilde ayrılmış olsakta ozellikle bar ve restoranttaki ilgi,alaka ve güler yuzlerinden dolayi bardan İbrahim, Dilan restoranttan Azer, armağan ve ismini yapamadığım tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederim.Tekrardan görüşmek dileğiyle Jura ✋
