This property in the market and shopping complex was perfectly located, offering easy access to everything. The staff was cooperative, and the concierge was excellent. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide range of options. The rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable, with a super-comfy mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant stay, ideal for shopping and exploring."

The parking arrangement made in conjunction with the nearby multi-storey car park is good. Hotel shows some signs of wear. Double mattress, although comfortable, now showing the beginnings of two parallel "dips" - maybe the changeover from the Hypnos brand to Silentnight wasn't such a good idea... Bedding very clean, as was the bedroom and bathroom - although the flooring edges or around doors showed some evidence of dust. But overall my personal, consistently-good hotel of choice when in the area. All encountered staff were pleasant to deal with and helpful. For example, Katarina kindly reserved me a quiet room and Jay a friendly welcome when I arrived.

We came and stayed in the Premier from Friday 18th till Sunday 20th. The service was excellent the food was excellent and the beds were comfortable Jay and Katerina were so helpful with anything we needed our stay was very enjoyable thankyou

It was the most comfortable and clean place I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was lovely and 2 particular staff who I will mention is Jay and katerina were so helpful couldn't do enough for us made our stay a happy one many thanks for a great stay.

Hotel was quiet and well located, bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Was warm in the room and bedding was soft and inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was great, plenty of food to choose from. Would stay here again!

It was my first time staying at premier inn Orpington. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. I had a breakfast and it was delicious and quick service, food was delicious and fresh. Around hotel is so many to do there is so many shops and gym and coffee shops. I was so impressed with my visit and I will definitely coming back again soon. Thank you premier inn Orpingron.
