On arriving the hotel looked stunning and the evening porter was really nice and extremely helpful. And that’s where it ends food absolutely awful cold only been here 3 days and wishing I could get flights home. The manageress feral children took over the pool running bombing next too people and if you said something totally rude, and obviously making a complaint fell on deaf ears, supposedly we have a superior room 409 however furnishing worn out shower filthy and could do with an update. Supposedly 5* and I understand a star down against England but I would put this 3 at the very best

Good relation of price and quality. This was our first travel to Greece and our friends recommended to go to Halkidiki. I went with my husband and 2 children of 8 and 10. We needed something budget-friendly, clean, and comfy, and not far from the beach. We had not much time and choice so we picked what was available for the period. We did our serch on the net and looked through several reviews. A dicent place with goiod service and friendly staff. It was an enjoyable week.

The only nice thing about this hotel are the rooms. They are spacious and renovated . Furniture is new and bed sheets and towels are changed every day. But here finishes everything nice that this hotel offers. After arriving at the hotel they rudely say that we cannot park next to the entrance we should park in the backyard parking. As there was not enough space, they told us to find something next to it as whole parking was full. However parking spot was enough only for few cars, and we need to park ion the ground under the pine trees. Receptionists are also very rude and not polite. Only women in bar next to reception and man in the rooftop bare are nice and professional. Beach has dark sand and also stones in the water. Every afternoon water in the sea was not clean at all . Swimming pool is veeery small there is a rule to have only 16 people in it. There is no entertainment for kids at all . Worst thing is the meal. Every meal same 3-5 kinds of sweets are offered and no one picks them up because too many insects standing on it.Tables are not cleaned at all just dishes are picked up. Bad food quality with poor variety. In every meal we were eating French fries because that was the only nice thing. Coffee and refreshments are also very cheap ones and very artificial. Do not waste your money here, we have been in 3 star hotels with much better conditions than this, self called 5 star awful hotel.

Currently staying at the hotel and extremely disappointed... The hotel is terrible, please avoid and do not make a mistake to book this hotel. It is definitely not a 5*, more like 3* or less. Rooms are probably the only positive aspect of the htl, food is terrible, no taste and no variety what so ever. Deserts are even worse, we had the same selection of deserts for the whole stay...When it comes to the drinks staff at the bar does not put alcohol in the cocktails and pulls lame answers (lies) that there is already rum in the lemon mix... The beach is dirty and not maintained at all... Overall an underaverage and expensive hotel that should not be advertised as a 5*.

We stayed at the hotel from July 31 to August 6 (6 nights). We were in Superior Double Room with Sea View with Ultra All Inclusive. Our general experience was very good. Here are our detailed impressions: 1) Hotel - It is nice hotel with 7 floors and about 100 rooms/suites. There are two elevators - one smaller and one bigger. Sometimes waiting time is big, especially for the smaller elevator which is the one that goes to 7th floor where the Sky Bar is. Sky Bar has a fantastic panoramic view and is a must visit. In the hotel there are some small details that has to be addressed - scuffed paint, renovation of some furniture etc. The pool of the hotel is small for the size of the hotel and sometimes it can be overcrowded. 2) Location - The hotel is in the center of the village and around it there are shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is located in front of the hotel across the street. 3) Staff - Everyone was very polite and helpful. I rate the staff 10 out of 10! 4) Restaurant and Ultra All Inclusive - The restaurant is nice but in rush hour it becomes overcrowded. The food was fresh and delicious. The variety of dishes was OK especially in the beginning of breakfast/lunch/dinner. There were always fresh fruits and vegetables, dishes with and without meat, different kind of sweets etc. However, there is place for improvement. I expected to see more seafood although on lunch/dinner there were always 1-2 dishes with fish/seafood. Also, I expected to be available for breakfast food as pancakes, fresh juices, different kind of yoghurt, cereals (different from some corn flakes) etc. I was surprised that there were no non-alcoholic beverages without sugar such as Coca Cola Light/Zero etc. Also, for me it was strange that the minibar was not recharged (at least the water), although you could ask for bottles of water. In conclusion, if you are looking for a quiet holiday (with kids), Elinotel Sermilia Resort is a good place to stay at.

The worst hotel ever been. Please don’t go there. I was with my family and we arrived late at noon and left right away because the rooms smell terrible , full if live misquitos . The food eas not fresh you csn’t eat there . We left the hotel after 1 hour trying to get our money back cause of the terrible conditions , They lie to you because they give you another image of the condition of hotel but when you go there its totally diffrent and they say that evrywere you go its like this . Shame for these hotel to have 5 star TERRIBLE
