The resort was close to everything Including restaurants, amusement parks, grocery shopping and clothing stores. This place is just so properly placed at location. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. The resort also offers $150 gift card with no type of bias what she participate to learn more about the timeshare is part of it. Everyone is courteous and willing to make you a customer but not just a customer but as well as a friend.

Clean safe and friendly. We had a 2 bedroom that worked perfect for our 4 adults. The kitchen ware was new and clean. The pool and game area was well kept with pickball and tennis court. I would stay here again if in the Orlando area.

Beware of RCI. I've been a member for 30 years and although mistakes happen, they should be corrected immediately. RCI knew the week was not put into inventory at Orlando's Sunshine Resort but made me believe it was when I called 10 days before check-in to confirm my reservation. Hoping they're not in any financial troubles with resorts.

Wouldn't have stayed here if I had known of the fees. $145 cleaning fee and $22.50 a day for "resort" fee. Not at all worth it.

Guest services were exceptionally nice. Not of fan of resorts that have decided to add a daily resort fee because we only use the pool and unit. Until it’s forced on us I will continue to book resorts without this additional charge.

Less than 2 miles from Universal and near outlet shopping. Condo is big and decent but lacks updating and parking isn't wonderful. The staff were very friendly. It served its purpose.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There wasn’t a store on property (that we were made aware of) for supplies such as detergent but there were stores nearby to easily get things. This place is very conveniently located for a Universal Studios vacation. We were at the park within 5-10 mins every day. Sea World was also in view from our front door but we didn’t go there so not sure how long the commute was. They have a trolley system in the area that runs primarily on one side of the freeway. We ended up not using it because it didn’t go directly to Universal Studios but it did have a Sea World drop off listed (it was only a few dollars for an all day/week pass) A space shuttle launch also took place while we were there and we were able to see that from our front balcony.

Very friendly staff, clean unit, best hot tub ever, and great location. We did Disney, Universal, local stuff, and participating in a National Pool Tournament right down the road. Many things to do locally, rented scooters, went dancing, sight-seeing, and ate some good food. Also did a pirate dinner show. All fantastic
