The shower temperature would not adjust only scolding. Found a water bottle between our bed and the nightstand was not ours. Other than that it was excellent and we will be back.

기대보다 리조트가 좋았네요. 부대시설도 훌륭하고 직원들도 친절힙니다. 체크아웃시 벨맨서비스가 안된다는게 단점이에요

유니버셜 스튜디오 가기에 위치도 좋고 셔틀도 자주 있고 얼리어드미션도 되어서 좋아요 좀 낡았지만 유니버셜 분위기 내기에 좋아요

環球卡巴納灣酒店，地處便利。離環球主題公園和火山灣水上樂園很近。酒店裡，有兩個特別大的泳池和懶人漂流河。酒店裡有星巴克咖啡店，環球禮品店河，飲食區。飲食區可以選擇北美風格，南美風格，意大利風格和亞洲風格快餐。雖然屬於快餐，但是做的口感很棒，接近飯店點菜的感覺。價格很良心。就餐區的裝修是復古仿70年代，很有意思。其實啥都不幹，在酒店混一天也挺不錯的。房間整潔。這次選的套房很大空間，但是被拉美裔的員工安排在了離大堂昨天的一棟樓。感覺作為中國人，如果沒主動給小費，會遇到這種比較不方便的待遇。房間的裝潢很一般。床和沙發還算舒服。晚上睡覺很安靜。如果去火山灣玩的話，因為就在旁邊，沒有大巴，建議不要選外部進入的套間，大概率會被安排到遠離酒店裡離火山灣和大堂很遠的幾棟樓，要穿過龐大的酒店，步行去水上樂園。租車的話，每晚會有停車費。去環球公園的話，半小時一趟大巴會來回接送到凌晨一點。

유니버설 스튜디오 관람을 위해 4박 투숙했습니다. 전체적으로 시설은 만족스러웠습니다만 호텔이 넓게 퍼져 있는 형태이기 떄문에 체크인 할 때 메인 로비 근처로 방을 얻는게 셔틀버스 타거나 식당을 이용할 때 편합니다. 푸드코트 식당의 가격은 미국 기준으로 괜찮은 수준이고 퀄리티도 그렇게 나쁘지는 않았습니다. 유니버설 스튜디오로 가는 셔틀도 매10분 마다 있어서 이용하기 편했습니다. 셔틀버스로 유니버설 스튜디오까지 가는데 5분 정도 소요되었으며 셔틀버스에서 내려서 시티워크를 지나 유니버설 스튜디오 입구까지 10분 정도는 걸어야 합니다. 객실도 유지관리가 잘 되는 편이었고 깔끔한 편이었지만 묵었던 방에서 추워진 날씨에 난방이 잘 되지는 않았습니다. 하우스키핑도 매일 잘 제공되었고 문자를 통한 프론트 데스크의 응대는 편리하고 만족스러웠습니다.
