Staff was super friendly and extremely nice. However I also like to walk around , see stores and other activities besides the beach. Unless you took a cab, there was nothin walking distance besides the ******

This is a fantastic hotel. The location was ideal for us with a gorgeous beach and plenty of palapas with no competition and extra payment necessary to get a perfect spot. The staff is without exception excellent. They are so friendly and bent over backwards to help at every turn. The rooms are clean and everything works as it should. There is not a lot to do within walking distance aside from the ******, but for a quiet beautiful week it is perfect. The food at Ike’s restaurant is very good with many good vegan options and the food served on the beach is also very good. No complaints at all. Perfect. We will return.

Our stay at Manchebo was nothing short of excellent. From our 8pm arrival being greeted with a cool wash cloth to freshen up and a mojito after a long day of travelling, to the bag of goodies for the plane ride home. Everybody was super friendly and helpful with anything you need. Shout out to Majida for being super great at checkout, along with being willing to be our taxi driver one day after her shift!

I wanted a relaxing solo trip for my birthday. I arrived Sunday and stayed until Thursday. I started my days with yoga or Pilates (so good) and then made my way to the beach to read for the day, while being served right at my chair. Eagle Beach is the most beautiful beach I’ve been to. The sand is so soft and the sunsets are next level. Alex, Renic and Daniel provided amazing service. (Thank you). Get to the beach early to get the best chair (although they are all good). My favourite was spot #17. It is super safe at Manchebo. I would leave my bag or book at my chair if I decided to jump in the pool or do a walk by the ocean without any concerns.
The resort did everything to make my birthday amazing, which I really appreciated.
This is NOT a party report. After dinner there is very little to do, unless you leave the resort. I loved that the resort was small and intimate.
I estimate the average age of the people at the resort to be 50ish.
I recommend the resort for couples.singles.
I was told Aruba is super safe, but as I was alone and there for a short period of time, I stayed onsite.
I didn’t do the all inclusive option as I ate far less than the cost of adding that option.
The beds were comfortable. The rain shower showers were great.
I did notice that I was treated a bit different as a single vs a couple/family.
Take lots of books if you like to read, as you won’t want to leave the beach.
I would return to Manchebo over and over again. I’m so thankful.

The staff was great and all the little amenities made a huge difference. The complimentary mojito when we arrived, the cooler to bring to the beach, the drying rack on the balcony, and the cookies and peanuts when we left. Highly recommended.

The Manchebo Beach Resort is a beautiful small hotel on the best beach in Aruba. We had an ocean view room which was large, modern, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The best part of our stay there was the fantastic staff. They were so friendly and helpful, and they work incredibly hard to make their guests feel welcome. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful with many different types of plants and trees. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear water, and there was never a problem getting a lounge under a palapa. Neither the beach nor the pool were ever crowded. The a**osphere of this hotel is relaxing and quiet. It was not a loud, partying type hotel that you see with some of the high rises. There aren't as many walkable restaurants and shops that you would get near the high rise hotel area, but there were a few places nearby within walking distance. Getting a cab is super easy, so you can get to other restaurants and hotels if you want to. I highly recommend staying at the Manchebo Beach, and I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely resort, simple but beach is clean and uncrowded. staff are all welcoming and helpful. couple of excellent restaurants on property and in close proximity, there are 2 other resorts with excellent restaurants and a small shopping area close by with shops, cafe's and shopping, making it all convenient.
