The location is beautiful, wonderful view and nice pools. The standard villa is very spacious with a nice large balcony. The room is clean.
The place looks without proper maintenance, feee breakfast you get almost nothing and dinner is ok and bot overpriced.
The near river is nice but it is not suitable for people without breath doing 700 stairs and not abble to walk on rocks.

It was a good bonding location with my BFF from Cavite and Bulacan. We enjoyed nature at Vista Tala Resort and the good services of its staff and the good food.

My family and I had an amazing time at Vista Tala Resort! The breathtaking mountain views and peaceful atmosphere were exactly what we needed. My brothers loved the river trail and zipline, while my mom enjoyed the pool and a quick massage at their spa. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The food were great. It's the perfect spot for family bonding—we can't wait to come back!

Sixteen of us rented two villas. There were plenty of extra mattresses to set up floor bedding. There was a little problem with one toilet, but after removing the top, you could flush it by pushing down on the buttons. The service was a little slow in the restaurant but I’m sure they’re just recovering from the Covid slump. The hot water for tea is VERY hot! We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant outside and had a great time. We enjoyed swimming in the connecting infinity pools and the hot water showers were appreciated. Every view (room, common areas, restaurant) of the miles of surrounding virgin forest was awesome, breathtaking and pastoral. The evening weather was cool (high 60’s) compared to the 80’s in the flats. There was a cursory inspection upon arrival to make sure that we were not carrying outside food and drink. There’s a small store on site to purchase munchies, beer and sodas.

We had our family reunion here. Booked for 70 people. The place is beautiful. The food was okay. Nothing special. Again, to be fair, the place is beautiful. Rooms were okay too. Lots of insects, but we expected that. BUT DON’T COME HERE. There’s no water in the bathroom. We had a few hours with water.. but it was brown. No hot water too. My kids were crying while showering because the brown water was very cold. They don’t provide pool towels. They expect you to bring the towel from your room and use that again when you shower. They don’t allow guests to bring food.. and that’s okay since they have a mini mart. The food are expired though. The staff are nice. They try their best. Special mention to Ms. Kat, she tried to make our stay as comfy as can be. She sent us a pail with dipper with some water so we had some water in our bathroom. Anyway, don’t come here. Unless you’d be comfortable with no water.
