Everything was spectacular with this stay. Rooms were clean, AC worked great. The view was beautiful and the location was wonderful. Very peaceful and fun.

Great views of the Gulf and an amazing host
Stayed at Kims Condo for a week, what an amazingly organized and friendly host. Condo was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. Can't say thanks enough to Kim and his hospitality. Pics are of our view from the balcony.

Beach vacation
Great location, beautiful view, clean unit. Mattress was comfortable and sheets were very soft.kitchen was very well stocked. There was plenty of bath towels and washcloths. Kim was an amazing host to rent from, thank you! We will be back.

The property was clean, and it looked as it was advertised. The property is in a good location, and the host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property.

Great vacation
We came down from Colorado in a full blown snow storm, it was a great stay in a great neighbor hood with great weather. Everything was perfect with this condo. The only thing we can criticize is there was only cable tv instead of our normal streaming services, but if that’s the worst of the issues life is great!
