The hotel was very good and the staff was co operative we had a nice stay as the location of the hotel was very near to the main market and had all types of restaurants

Hotel room maintenance was not appropriate. No kettle provided in room. However, on demanding hot water was provided. Geyser was also not provisioned in bathroom.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel blue bird in ooty. Situated in the heart of ooty, hotel blue bird boasts a prime location with easy access to popular attractions such as the botanical gardens and ooty lake. The hotel's rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained. I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was not as clean as we expected. We found a cockroach in our room and we were upset. The room was not value for money. There is no hot water facility at night in this hotel. Also bottled water is not provided in this room. Also tea/coffee/milk bags were not provided to us.

Overall average experience. They are not providing hot water after 10 am, that is a big issue. Cleanliness is ok. Staff behaviour is good.

Stay was very nice in terms of service and also keeping the premises clean. Moreover this is very convenient place to reach out for all places to visit. Places were in and around 5 km from hotel blue bird. Room is very convenient to stay for 4 to 5 ppl.

The rooms and amenities provided were up to the mark with an affordable price. They have a restaurant as well so you can have food there. Hot water for drinking is available and hot water in taps for washroom is available from 6am to 10am. The rooms were clean and cosy. Love the stay!
