The resort is in a good location however, staff and management is a scam! We had booked the whole resort for two days. The guests carried their glasses to drink during the meetings in the lawn. They cleared these glasses from lawn and complained that glasses were missing on the room and charged for those glasses which they had taken from the lawn. Guests were all on a motorcycle, these guys complained mattresses were missing. Now tell us, how can someone carry a mattress on a motorcycle. They behaved really bad with the guests. In case you are looking to get scammed, this is the best place to be.

Road to the resort is terrible and hard to find in google maps. Food is tasty, but costly. The property is very old.

1) there was no latch on the door. That is why we could not sleep at night, because we had gone with family. 2) the room we were given was a modified room, maybe it was the reception earlier. The whole room had big pictures of cricket players and football players. 3) the charging point was a big one, so it was very difficult to charge the mobile. 4) there is very little light in the room. 5) the manager is very clever, if you complain to him, he makes you understand by saying anything.

Bad food & high rate, rooms also no cleaned, i seen d different rooms images in google but they given different room. Out look is good but indoor it's not good. See which maker they given. See floor also sticky sticky

the only good thing about the resort is the view. 1. the water geezer wasn't working in one of the rooms, even after the complaint nobody turned up for repair.
2. they do not have enough heaters, they said it's sold out and no stock 3. there was no coffee available during the evening itself, i requested for coffee at 6;00pm, they said their chef is busy, ☕ can't be provided 4. bedsheets were torn and smelly
5. towels are dirty and white have turned into brown

First we went to resort by 1. 15pm. Checkin time 12pm. But still rooms not ready. They said room under cleaning. We had waiting 1hour for room check in. 2pm only we got a room. Rooms only 1room given instead of 2rooms. Food and room service very poor. The way to reach resort also very challenging. Worst hotel.

This stay has good location, but the management over here is behaving in the worst manner possible. They will call you to cancel booking that we made through other apps and deny few facilities that we already paid through online service. Never recommend this place for Family and Bachelors. Your vacation will be spoiled if you book your stay here. And the restaurant over here has the worst food with very high prices. Better opt for other places. Location is great but never consider you will get the same rooms as mentioned in the photos, it’s completely different.
