Room : just ok
Reception : poor
Rest room: very poor. When entered restroom, i startd vomiting. So dirty
They didnot give toilet after checkout. (Just for urinate). even for family.
Very bad experience. Make my trip pls dont cooperate with these useless hotels

There is no parking at all they say free parking but that space will be occupied by taxi drivers or store visitors.Don’t choose this property if you are coming by car we had to walk kilometres to hotel after parking car on street.Bathroom was okay

Parking was not enough . Not able to get a slot and were parked in another place . With kids without parking it was very difficult

The hotel is located in a very convenient and accessible area, which is a big plus. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. However, there was no view from the room, which was a bit disappointing considering it’s Ooty.
Parking was a real challenge, especially during holidays — there's no proper parking space, which can be quite frustrating. Room service also needs improvement; the response time was slow and not up to the mark. Additionally, the staff could work on their attitude and hospitality — a little more courtesy and attentiveness would go a long way in improving the guest experience.
Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for a central location and clean rooms, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of service and amenities.

Worst experience . Rooms were not clean. Blankets were not hygienic. And moreover they doesn’t offer parking facility to the guest. We need to park the car on road without any safety. Not recommended for anyone.
