Staff are very friendly and helpful. We went with two kids and we all loved the spacious and cozy hotel room with a stunning view of the sea at the balcony. The food is great - we enjoyed Shabu shabu at our room as well as the breakfast buffet. Thank you to all staff and I’ll consider booking this hotel again next time to Okinawa.

Had a great time at the the Hiyori! Traveled with my toddler and he absolutely loved the hotel room and kept asking to go back to the hotel. The room is well setup for longer stays with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and other smaller touches that show the hotel has thought of everything (including hand drip coffee for you to enjoy)! Hotel is still catered for more Japanese tourists and not a lot of staff speak English. Even with that the staff tried their best and we had a great time!

The hotel is nice and cozy. Food choices for buffet breakfast is less than expected though. One thing that’s not bearable is a hard object was found in a sausage, we feedback to the restaurant staff who promised to give us an explanation and follow up but we didn’t hear anything in the rest of 3 days of stay. We r quite disappointed as the quality of food with such hard object found in a sausage is no compromise. It’s totally our luck that we didn’t break our teeth or swallow it.

The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the staff is friendly. I had dinner at hillside grill, which was great and I highly recommend it. Except for the remote location and parking charges, everything else is perfect

Room is very spacious and the ocean view is amazing. Just a pity that right infront of the hotel is a major road with a junction so the traffic mars the serenity… its not by the beach as well and as its located on top of the hill, its hard to walk out to venture the surroundings on foot.

The breakfast is okay, but there are too many people, and they always make us wait.

My son was ill when we travelled on the first day, and we asked for the staff helped me to check where is the hospital nearby , the staffs are so helpful and spent time to check for me, service is super good . My room is so spacious, room view is amazing , I will stay in this hotel next time .
