The good--loved the firm mattress. The location was perfect for my purposes. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful. The suite was nice overall. The bad--the noisiest hotel stay I've experienced in my life, literally. While I understood that the facilities are in the midst of being renovated, I didn't realized that included drilling at 6 AM and other construction sounds (banging, sawing, and the crew's music blasting in the hallway). This continued on Easter Sunday, (which I thought was a holiday that would bring me relief), and the two nights prior the room next to mine had loud parties, so I was sleep deprived the entire trip. Absolutely no housekeeping at all during my stay. I reserved an accessible room, but was dismayed to get one that was not. It was so late when I checked in (after midnight), and I was so exhausted, I accepted the regular room, although a move to an accessible suite was offered, and asked for a shower chair which was delivered within minutes. On Good Friday evening around 7:30 PM, I arrived to find the first two handicapped spaces nearest to the door to be occupied by two workmen's pick up trucks (without handicapped placards or license plates), five or six workmen, proceeding to perform mechanical work under one of the vehicles-- all why leaving their tools on the sidewalk leading to my car, parked in handicapped spot number three. Because they were blocking the sidewalk, it was difficult for me to maneuver the luggage cart to unload my car and move items to my room. Upon checking out, I was offered 1000 points to be added to my IHG One Rewards, which I accepted. I asked when the renovations were expected to be completed, and was told an estimated time frame of July 2024. Given all the aggravation involved, I don't recommend staying there until it's completed, at the very least.
