It was a very valuable experience for the price paid. Convenient, free parking near the building, clean room, great onsen, near delicious restaurants, reasonable prices.

Amazing hotel to stay at, very clean and quick service. The onsen is pretty cool too. Highly recommend.

Convenient good staff

If you plan to travel the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, this hotel is your best choice. The bus stop to Ogizawa and Shinano-Omachi station are right in front of the hotel. They also provide luggage forwarding service to Toyama station for those who do the one-way trip on the tateyama kurobe alpine route, which allow you to travel super early as you don't have to wait until the luggage forwarding service (at shinano omachi station) open at 7.50am. The room is clean. The price is reasonable+ come with complimentary breakfast. 10/10 would recommend.

Location is literally right infront of Shinano-Omachi station, extremely convenient. Walking distance to Delicia supermarket, Daiso etc. Food quality provided for breakfast was top notch. Onsen was clean and hot enough to enjoy! Extremely value for money and great experience!

very near station, good breakfast and there is a hot spring onsen, go during off peak hours and you can have the entire onsen to yourself. walking distance to restaurant and note on their operating hours on google

Very nice location, next ti train station. The bus stop to Alpine route is next to hotel As well. You can arrange the luggage forward service with hotel. The hotel is very clean, with a nice onsen. The room is in good size, very comfy, equipped with all necessaries.

Very convenient location near station, breakfast quite crowded though

The price was too expensive, per night almost 20,000¥ That was the only my disappointment. Rest of the fatalities was perfect. I would stay again if the price is lower than this. Hopefully the hotel management will consider about the price i guess.

perfect location, super close to the station, also loved the public bath which opens almost 24hrs. breakfast and other amenities were great, staff were nice and helpful.

Big room, but sacrificed bathroom size. Inconvenient as the bathroom door is next to the main door, so it is inevitably dirty.
