Alize Hotel Oludeniz - All Inclusive

How this can have a 4 Star rating is beyond me. Such a shame as the location is perfect. 1. Staff were sullen, and generally unhelpful and disinterested. 2. All inclusive food was disgusting! Generally cold or luke warm, open to the elements and a bit of a joke when paying for a 4 star package. Drinks were vile and bar/hotel closed at 11pm. 3. Was able to book (through love holidays) a room that actually doesn’t exist!!! Booked and paid for a superior twin room, ended up with a basic room, no real apology and no facilities to make tea! Love Holidays customer service is shocking! I would never return to this hotel. Oludeniz however is breathtaking!

The wife and i had a great week here the beds were comfortable and the facilities in the room were basic but clean and tidy, the menu choices can be a little strange at times but there wasnt a meal time we couldnt eat. If you want british food dont go abroad simple as. Staff were always welcoming some more than others but thats people. Sambo the bar waiter was our staff member of the week he always asked how our day was and always happy to see you and say hello dont read the negative comments we had a great week in the sun with views of the mountains that were amazing. Close to the strip full of bars and shops and the beach we would definitely return

Me and my friend stayed here for five nights. It was pretty average. Food wise it was average. We didn’t eat anything at breakfast as it wasn’t our taste but lunch and dinner we had lots There are chef cooking meats at dinner however we noticed that there were dinner leftovers the next day for lunch like pizza, pasta, vegetables, prawns (frozen for sure, you would expect fresh fish seeing as the hotel is close to the sea). The bar was fine. You had to pay extra for cocktails though but you could get spirits and fruit juice off the all inclusive bar and make them yourself so do not pay extra for cocktails. We saw lots of people making them themselves which was a laugh. A massive problem is the Wi-Fi even the receptionists said to us that they had a known big problem with the Wi-Fi. You could only connect to it around the pool and in reception area (1 bar though) and we couldn’t get any Wi-Fi in the rooms. Some of the guests told us to buy Mr hotspot Wi-Fi for £5 a day so I would recommend getting a dongle instead of using the hotel Wi-Fi as it’s practically non-existent. Its 2024 i dont understand how their wifi was so bad. The sunbed the morning was great. There was free sunbeds all day - we went down at 11 one morning and we got sunbeds so that was perfect. Room was okay. The vent in the bathroom was practically like a hole in the wall so you could hear everything that was going on. It was loud at night, doors banging and people shouting in the morning. The Aircon smelt like smoke so I think the filter probably had to be changed it was a bit noisy too. It was cheap, had stunning view and we had a nice holiday, but we wouldnt return.

Arrived home Thursday after spending lovely week in this hotel, from check in at 2.30am until we left a week later we were really looked after by all staff we came in contact with. Rooms clean and beds and pillow so comfy. Food was fresh even with fussy eater we didn't starve. Restaurant staff really helpful and chatty. The bar was well stocked and big shout out to Sam and Tony who treated us like family and always made us smile . Before arriving read some bad reviews, all I can say is don't believe everything you read. Our family can't wait to return to Alize next year

This hotel should not have a 4 star rating what so ever. We have just returned from a 14 night stay and would never go back again. Room was small and dated so we upgraded the next day to a nicer room. The pool area is lovely, although when you went down in the morning there was still empty cups and overflowing ashtrays from the night before by the sun loungers. In the 2 weeks we were there we ate in the restaurant maybe twice. The food was cold, covered in flies and very basic. The drinks were poor for all inclusive it was basically beer, wine, local spirits or fizzy drinks which were mostly flat. There was no cocktails available at all. The bar staff were really good they tried their best with what they had. The entertainment team were basically non existent. They would appear at the pool for a little bit each day and just walk round with very little interaction with the guests. The girl on reception was really lovely. It was hard to define who was staff and who was guests as they dressed in normal everyday clothes the same as the guests. The hotel is in a great location if you don’t mind eating out everyday

Today is our last day, 4 couples holidaying to celebrate birthdays. Our room was lovely overlooking the pool, clean, felt like a memory foam mattress, towels changed regularly and rooms cleaned could not fault cleaners. The grounds of hotel also kept really well. Food ok, we always found something to eat, but we did have lunch out twice and 2 evening meals also as it can be a bit the same Staff so nice and helpful, bar, entertainment, restaurant and reception. We loved the mini disco (although we had no little ones but still joined in) bingo was good too. We wanted to do karaoke but a few of us weren’t feeling all for different reasons (nothing to do with hotel more the fact we had started to relax after busy work time before holiday) Location brilliant We hired a boat just for the 8 of us, bloody amazing! 3 of us in the group did paragliding OMG I was so worried about the running nothing like you read about on here, it was so good such an amazing experience and the guys we went with so relaxed! Negative- Drinks on all inclusive need more choice Thank you so much Hotel Alize
