Arrival: arrived at 1am,the Reception kindly provided us a bag with sandwiches & fruits just in case we need it as all restaurants were closed - thank you! We have been given room 4301, the sofa bed was not made up for the child. The room itself is the closest room to the outside lift and motor, the lift was used all night. It was noisy, the entire room and balcony glass doors vibrated - we had zero sleep until the morning. The next day we spoke to Reception and were moved, despite asking to be given a room far away from that lift we were moved to the other side again next to the lift. Coincidentally we met a family at Reception who were allocated the same room 4301 the night before, complained for same reasons and were moved. It is clear that management is aware that this room is not acceptable and should not be allocated to guests, but still use it. Food: excellent choices and quality, so big praise to the Restaurant team. Aquapark: free shuttle available between 10-10:30am to take guests to the Aquapark and 17:15 return back to the hotel. Tend to be in demand, but plenty of taxis available if you don't get a place. Once you arrive at the Aquapark you are given wristbands that you can add money onto and pay for food/drinks inside. You are not allowed to bring food/drinks from outside - bags are checked at the gate. Lockers are 300 lira, water 50 lira, burger 460-520 lira - just to give you an idea, its pricey. But lots of fun inside, would definitely recommend. Beach: shuttles available in the morning, not walkable distance. Late check out: until 4pm £50, until 9pm £100. Overall it's a nice hotel, with good facilities but it's not a 5 star property.
