Montebello Resort Hotel - All Inclusive

Just got back from a lovey 9 nght stay at Montebello Resort hotel Oludeniz.Just ignore any bad reviews.Hotel is lovely,rooms cleaned everyday.The chefs and waiters work very hard to make your stay nice.Food was good.Lots of choice.Lovely deserts.Beds comfy.Staff friendly.Vodka,Effers,Pina Colda very good.Great entertainment.Fred photographer lovely man.Swim up rooms amazing.Hotel has its own Turkish baths,Hairdressers,shop,Gym.It has water slides for the kids.All inclusive very good food all day.Thankyou to everyone.Oh and Naomi my Jet 2 rep helpful and knowledgeable.Would stay again.Lots of love.Wendy.Xx

HONEST review , been coming to Olu deniz for over 30 years now and stayed at many hotels around the area but always come back here , here is a review of everything. Staff - are all friendly , the animation team are just amazing Fifi and sima do absolutely amazing , the waiters and bar staff are all great and work hard ( a few could be a bit happier ) the cleaners are just brilliant and always do what they can to help even if they can’t talk English. Rooms - very clean maid came changed beds and towels every two days , really spacious and loads of space for clothes. Food/drink- drinks are served in plastic cups around the pool at at night but can be in glass if you ask , very generous with amounts , I found the plastic glasses to smell a bit like they been rinsed with a dirty dish cloth so tended to ask for a glass. Food was very hit and miss in fussy so struggled a lot but my husband always found something , it’s a lot of the same every day , if management got this right then would be a perfect hotel, the pancake place was a perfect addition this year l. All in all I love this hotel and will be back just wish they would get the food right xx

We did did come to the montebello with a little trepidation due to mixed reviews but as a family for the first week then the second week just me and the wife we were very happily surprised....to start the hotel is in a great place just off the main strip and a 10 minute walk to the lovely although pebbly beach watching the paragliders becomes kind of addictive...olu deniz is a lovely little place so friendly and welcoming with all you good want for food drinks shopping and more....now the hotel we found it clean although the pool area can get very slippy so please be careful...the food is average 3 star with a Turkish twist but we found plenty to eat and please visit the amazing pancake lady in the corner of the pool area she is lovely always smiling and they are delicious with several different fillings...our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding they are adequate and functional.....now the staff Turkish people are a very proud bunch so if you show them respect they will return it tenfold and are great but a very specia shout out has to go the the young animation team luke gamze and sima...they work tirelessly from 10am to 11pm six days a week (they get Sundays deservedly off)...I ended up calling them my adopted Turkish kids so wonderful and fun we will miss them all...all in all the montebello suited us as a family and will happily go back for more visits in the future...

Just spent 10 days at the resort in a swim up and here is my honest review The location of the hotel is perfect 15 min walk to the beach and the main strip area Quick journey up the hill to cable cars which are simply a must ! Our room was spotless and so was the swim up pool The food has been scaled back now as its end of season . We didn’t have an issue with the food and always found something we liked . If your you’re super fussy I don’t think all Inclusive is for you ! We ate @out a few times and it’s was a nice change - the area is not mega cheap but cheaper compared to home All inclusive drinks are what you would expect and enjoyable Staff were friendly Entertainment was varied and we really enjoyed it My only complaint was the behaviour of some guests ! Leaving all their rubbish by the pool and getting a bit too tipsey For the price point this hotel is everything you need ! Tips You can get cheap beach towels from the shop Do a boat trip we used Robinson 5 and it was less than 15 pounds for the day including lunch Tip the staff they work hard Use the omelette station at the hotel Be a good guest

Stayed for 3 wks which was 3 weeks too long! First room was facing road and on the top floor no lift access and furthest away from amenities Cleaning maid walks in regardless of locked door, begging for money, despite only being there on my first day! Food was basic, cold and repetitive! What was not eaten at breakfast was reused dressed in mayo and served for lunch! Chips with every meal even breakfast The cleaning was awful, same mop used in the pool area was reused in every room! Staff were hard working and always tired The sunbed wars were a sight to be seen, towels put out at 3am! No joke! Rammed together too close too close to each other Large parties causing noise and argument with each other all hours day & night! Being smoked out when by the pool area from cooking, one of the many frustrating things!

Staff Friendly reception staff and cleaners but unfortunately the same can’t be said about the restaurant staff, who looked miserable and not very professional at all. Room Comfortable but basic. We upgraded to the swim up room which i would recommend. Fresh water in fridge everyday. Food Very unimpressed for the first few days but did get better. Wish they had more selection of turkish food. Overall would say ok and can do better. Pool Adequate sun beds and good music during the day. Overall the view and local area are stunning which did make up for the lack of food. All inclusive however only runs until 11pm and some drinks during the day aren’t included and are extra.
