My second time here, very nice view and good breakfast, however , the WiFi still not good

A wonderful room with wonderful ergonomics, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A quiet place with a great and varied buffet breakfast. We have a furry friend there, be sure to feed her some sausage :)

Food is good and delicious. The hotel service is satisfy. Just have park the car outside which is not convenient for luggage.

Service from reception could have been better. But the door man who helps carry luggage is very helpful and welcoming. Staffs from the restaurant are very nice but they look very tired during peak season. The swimming pool closes at 7:30pm, which just doesn’t make any sense. And the swimming pool is dirty. The room is quiet but you can’t lock the window inside. Location is not very convenient if you don’t drive a car.

The location is terrible. Hotel claims it takes 10 mins walk to beach, but it takes about 30 mins. In order to go to the city center of fethiye, it takes about 45 mins by dolmus. The waiting time for dolmus was endless. So unless you have your own car or rent a car or solo traveler like me, it's best not to stay at this hotel. I experienced terrible service by one lady staff. It was my first time to encounter such an unprofessional attitude during my stay at the hotel. I will never go back to this hotel nor recommend it to others.

The hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I’ll share my story with you: They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting. I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think. So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice. So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday. I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”. Absolutely worst service experience ever.

It's really amazing to stay there for couples of days. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived a little late, and it provided room meal service. T The amount of food is far from expectation. We had a big meal that night. The view of the hotel is quite nice, that we had breakfast with a pleasant mood, many kinds of food and drinks can choose from. Walking to the beach, enjoy the sunshine, and go paraliding is quite interesting. We spent a nice holiday here, and would recommond to all.

Amazing place, great views, good restaurant. Good quality sound at the 24h bar with interesting and polite bartenders.

원래 예약한 숙소가 공사중이어서 트립닷컴에서 대체로 예약해준 호텔...내가 예약한 호텔보다 훨신 좋음... 조식 맛있고 주차 완벽하고 객실 깨끗하고 고양이들 친절하고.. 뷰 정말 좋습니다....

酒店位置不錯，地形很好，可以俯瞰整個海灣，可能是淡季的原因，環境氣氛沒有上來，好在工作人員服務相單不錯，都熱情主動，而且早餐非常的不錯！

位於半山腰的度假酒店，服務人員熱情，主動幫忙預訂滑翔傘（到費特希耶必玩兒的項目）。自駕的優質選擇酒店。

泳池裡全是煙頭，房間燈光非常昏暗，住的眼睛難受。酒店走廊很恐怖，而且又是在山裡。飯也特別難吃，人均一份100人民幣的飯，搞不懂怎麼會這麼難吃

在這住了2晚，總體上比較推薦，淡季¥500左右的價格很香。旺季可能要¥2000+ 優點： 1. 酒店位置絕佳，可以看到海景，離海灘步行約15分鐘。 2. 房間裝修風格很不錯，花崗巖牆面+木飾面很好看，床很軟很舒適。 3. 酒店晚餐非常棒，便宜好吃😋，還能送到房間。但是20:00就停止服務了。 缺點： 1. 床單打掃的不咋乾淨，有灰塵，睡完身上會長紅點。 2. 浴室有點小，噴頭有點滋水，水温不夠熱。 3. 早餐廳有好多貓老是湊過來要吃的，早餐牛奶和玉米都是酸的，吃完肚子不太舒服，煎蛋的地方油煙味比較大。 4. 加了前台whatsapp，問一些問題回覆的有點慢，而且比較敷衍。 5. 隔音一般，隔壁開水的聲音、隔壁陽台講話的聲音很清楚。 需要注意的是：酒店中文名字寫的是費特希耶，但其實位置是在歐魯登尼資，從費特希耶汽車站打車過來還需要500里拉左右，也可以選擇坐minibus。
