Sunshine Holiday Resort - All Inclusive

Sunshine was a fun place but with a few problems. 1, the staff are some of the most nicest people you could meet, they were very pleasant and were great with our daughter a 2yo. 2, plenty of beer which was decent, the cocktails were some hot and miss just find out which one you like. Complaints: 1, they had put us into a top floor room which had nails coming out of the floor boards, with no lift it was difficult getting a pram and suit cases up. 2, the excursion were misled to us the Safari one was amazing, but were told the boat was all inclusive only to be hit with £100 bill upon leaving. 3, the food was plenty but after a week you will get sick looking at it, it's the same and some of it wasn't very nice, you will most likely live off the chips and soup.

I will just let my photos speak! I’m in the process of getting my money back from on the beach! They only had fizzy drinks and warm water to drink. Couldn’t get a cup of coffee in the morning or a juice. Found a stone in my salad, waiter laughed and said. ‘What do you want me to do about it’? We just went out on boat trips and beach clubs every day so we didn’t have to spend much time here.

Excellent bar staff who made a 10/10 effort every day to make me and my daughter welcome. The food I would rate 6.5 some days were avavage some were good but again the staff were excellent. Room was good and cleaned everyday.

We booked this holiday as a last-minute booking. Yes you do get what you pay for BUT we arrived at the hotel at 4:30 in the morning to be told they couldn’t find our booking so no room ready we had children with us so you can imagine they are very tired we was put in a room for the night we was told to go back in the morning and they would sort our room out the room they put us in smelt like dirty sewage Finally got our room the next morning around 10 o’clock. Room cleaning every three days, so no toilet roll or fresh towels even when the room was cleaned No towels had to go down to reception told me they would bring towels up no one arrived we had to use our beach towels this happened every time they come into the room, I give up asking with reception Food was really bad yes we didn’t go hungry we found ourselves eating chips and onion rings every day for 10 days. The room isn’t in good condition door with wires hanging out dirty bedding from other rooms left at the top of the corridor overnight. I do think they need more entertainment for the children through the day they say they’re going to do games and it didn’t happen only a couple of times. evening entertainment is all about money making they just want you to spend it’s the same entertainment every evening same music/bingo £10 and karaoke I do think kids entertaining staff should be dressed appropriate not in small thong bikinis going into the swimming pool with the kids. Maybe that’s just my opinion I will say Tokyo and Betty was very good with my children so thank you for that. Slide is only on two hours out of the whole day hour morning hour afternoon Ice cream is only an hour per day Some of the bar staff constantly asking for tips When asking for a drink some of them was so miserable that it felt a problem asking for a drink. This hotel is definitely not a 4*star. I have been to better three star hotels. I definitely would not be back and I would not recommend this hotel.

Just returned from a 10 day stay and we will not be returning. Arrived late at night to non English speaking reception staff who did not know which rooms we were allocated to. Most of the waiting staff were very nice and some spoke English. Mehmet The shop man and the spa manager Murat and his staff were excellent. We were all inclusive and the food was very spicy and repetitive. There was no variation to take into account different nationalities and we ended up paying to go out to eat a few times. Love holidays rep indicated that she was looking after us and sold us overpriced trips which were unsuitable for part of our group. I was not contacted regarding the feedback provided. We did not even book with love holidays and she couldn’t provide departure information to us. The main pool was cloudy on occasions, there were not enough umbrellas bearing in mind the intense heat, the rooms were not very clean and the bathrooms could do with an update

Great holiday the staff are so friendly and really look after you especially Pablo and his team at the bar and Thomas the entertainment manager. Carry on!
