Good points - Hotel is clean and rooms comfortable, staff at bar and reception helpful and polite, short walk into Hisaronu, good choice of food and drinks, continental style breakfast, varied and lots of choice Not so good points, - no lifts!, so rooms on top floor are 4 flights of stairs up, which can be a pain !, pool area itself is nice, there are not enough sunbeds if hotel is busy, no parasols only a sun screen cover that comes across the pool area which can cause problems as some people want to be in sun and some in shade!, everyone seems to congregate on one side of the pool so it can get cramped! Ten minutes taxi ride to beach at oludeniz, disappointed we weren't nearer, not the worst hotel we have stayed in but not the best.

We’re so glad we booked here, it’s a fabulous little hotel! The rooms were kept spotless and they’re very modern. We had a ground floor family room which was right next to the steps to the water slide - my little boy made that his entrance to the pool every day. There seems to be enough sun beds for everyone although the usual ******* Brits leave their towels on them first thing but not sit on them until later in the day. The hotel is a short walk downhill into Hisaronu and it’s 150tl back up in a taxi. The food here is great too and the staff are excellent. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay!! Hotel rooms were clean & modern. Safe, air-con and fresh bottles of water supplied in the fridge daily. Maid service every day, towels in reception for lazing around the pool. 10 min walk to the main Hisarano strip, in fairness the food at the hotel was outstanding. Breakfast basic turkish food, cheese, eggs, olives, tea coffee etc. The staff are brilliant, they go out of there way to ensure you have a great stay, special mention to "Elvis" & Jonny Mojito. Nothing was ever to much trouble, even the maids were great, always smiling 😃. All round great hotel and great staff. Thanks everyone, we have an amazing time!!

We stayed for two nights, after we had arrived here around 11pm without a booking. First, price was higher online than at the reception. A $100 difference mind you. We were given the deluxe quadruple room. At first, the room looks stunning. However, you will quickly realize it is less than it seems. Very strong smell coming out of the bathroom. It kept getting stronger the next day until it became impossible to stay in the room. The two AC units were very old and noisy. We asked the hotel to change the room. They gave us a different one, downgrading us in the process without any sort compensation. The new room was fine, but noise from rooms around it, especially upstairs was loud. It is very difficult to make a definitive judgment. It seems the hotel has better rooms (we suspect at better rates, we paid 175 usd/night for four people). However, I have seen other reviewers complaining of noisy room issues. So you're warned :) Breakfast was very normal. We did not eat there any other meals. Service was also so and so. Reception was fine. Cleaning too. Waiters at restaurants did not behave as professionally. They seem to be overwhelmed. Children loved the pool, with its water slide. In conclusion, it is difficult to make up one's mind about the hotel. I wouldn't come back, but I wouldn't necessarily tell you not to book it.
