Fab hotel beside some great beaches. Lovely, friendly staff, especially Sonya on reception & Patricia too 🩷🩷 Spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast & outside pool though I didn't use it. Met some nice folks passing through. Wd definitely stay again

This hotel was a find on the beach road from valle caro albuferoa old town. Beautiful quaint rooms. We had a pool room nd it was lovely, the bed was superb and comfy the bathroom was spotless, the towels were large and fluffy. The pool was still cold as it was January but the hotel was brilliant and fantastic value for money. Also the breakfast was delicious.

Highly recommended hotel with attentive staff and a privileged location just three blocks from the sea. A perfect choice for a relaxing getaway or if, like me, you are going for work. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast very good. I will definitely return!

we have been scammed by the hotel. We paid for a superior double room and got an unrenovated standard double room with a view to the praking space, cobwebs in the wardrobe. Room is different the from the picture (floor, bathroom), it is next to the reception and it is noisy, we can hear all noises from the reception all night long. we asked reception to contact with manager but we can't and receptionist told usbto contact with the reservation place. Menager was supposed to be available after breakfast but was not. According to photos from the hotel website im sure what we got is unrenovated standard double. We try to contact with help center but they send all the time the same message that they can not help because the booking was made by another company -travel compass limited, for which there are no leads and a company with the same name based in Malta claims that it is not her. booking not responding, hotel manager not responding, their hotel company not responding. the hotel is cheating customers, photos of their standard and superior rooms on booking are photos of the same rooms, other than the one we received. I asked for and invoice and i was refused.

Nice hotel with really friendly and helpful staff, Jr the receptionist did an amazing job checking us in and familiarising us with the facilities and what’s in the area. It was also really nice that they allowed us to use the pool even after we had to check out. Would definitely stay again.

I booked this hotel very last minute, was pleasantly surprised. Friendly easy check in ( I arrived over an hour before check in started). I was shown to my room which was 101 on the ground floor, it was spotlessly clean. The only fault would be some of the furniture was dated and worn, but this said the cleanliness was excellent. I found the bed very comfortable and the room spacious. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. I did not have breakfast although this is available for 9 euros. I would happily stay again and would recommend this hotel as it had everything I needed for my short stay.

Excelente estadia. Hotel pequeno e acolhedor. O staff sempre muito disponível e simpático. O quarto tinha vista sobre o oceano e a cama era grande e confortável. Já tinha estado no hotel há uns anos, mas notei que melhoraram os espaços. Agora existe um terraço no topo do hotel com espreguiçadeiras, perfeito para apanhar sol e ver o mar. Experiência a repetir!

Excelente Hotel muito confortável cama 5 estrelas limpo toalhas limpas todos os dias Hotel perto de bares e restaurantes e da praia ideal para quem quer ir caminhar logo de manhã na praia. Já sou cliente á alguns anos deste Hotel e já estive em outros nas redondezas mais caros e nada comparável com o acolhimento que tenho no Urban Hotel Santa Eulália em Albufeira.

Na chegada ao local, foi verificado um hotel com condições simples mas confortável para dormir e estar a descansar. Pequeno almoço confortável, porém a experiência ficou muito desagradável ao ponto de encontrar formigas no chão do hotel… mencionando em extra também que o meu colega que veio comigo, cujo é calvo também encontrou cabelos grandes no quarto dele
