Appartamento Residence Cugnana Verde

This was a great stay, wished i could stay longer , the whole area, residents, staff was very helpful and available on demand, always checking with us that we have and have all the information needed about the stay but also best restaurants and beaches to see, including option to get taxi for our pick dropp off or even sorting out renting a car. Amazing stay facilities was very clean and everything was needed was there. I went with my family and i am coming back in Oct , even considering for once a year stay

This resort is massive and spread out across a very steep hillside. You have to be fit to walk up and down the steep steps and their are hundreds of them. The pool is massive too - but there is only one pool for hundreds of people - and when we were there it was only open 10am-1pm 3pm-7pm...closed 1pm-3pm regardless of the weather. Mid September and the only cafe/restaurant closed...one small mini-market and after that a drive out to supermarket in Portocisco 3-miles away. The resort staff were helpful, our accommodation was basic - a time share (RCI) swap - but nowhere near as well equipped as our base resort. There are excellent beaches a short drive away. There were tennis courts but we did not use them. There are excellent views. Olbia airport is 15-minutes away.

Esperienza terribile. Pulizia inesistente. Due letti senza doghe, su muratura, con materassi troppo sottili per dormirci (v. foto). Frigo rumorosissimo a 10 cm. dalla testiera di un letto. Bagno allagato da acqua proveniente dal soffitto (v. foto). Lenzuola sporche e bucate (v. foto). Porta del bagno tenuta insieme con lo scotch (v. foto).

Villaggio molto carino, siamo stati molto bene. Comodo se viaggiate in macchina o come noi in moto, con parcheggio davanti la struttura. Camera pulita e funzionante, adibita alle piccole comodità ovvero lavatrice, tv e cucina. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale e un nostro ringraziamento lo rivolgiamo ai ragazzi presenti in reception dove ci hanno consigliato la maggior parte delle nostre mete turistiche.

Veramente un posto indecente sporco vecchio , caldo , senza aria condizionata , disorganizzato, bar e giornalaio tabaccaio male male , non sembra gente del mestiere . Piscina vuota senza acqua perché perdeva , insomma male male male mai più !

Struttura vecchia, sporca, le foto non corrispondo alla realtà. Personale scortese e menefreghista, Wi-Fi inesistente, aria condizionata inesistente, bisogna pagare un tesseramento per i servizi delle struttura.. non ho capito quali fossero in quanto nemmeno la piscina era accessibile, vuota completamente… gli asciugamani vanno pagati, si paga la pulizia finale dopo che si lascia la struttura ma credo almeno si dovrebbe anche trovare pulito al momento dell’arrivo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione, la nostra prenotazione non esisteva dopo aver già effettuato il pagamento, il personale se n’è lavato completamente le mani. Non chiamate in reception in caso di bisogno tanto non rispondono fate a tempo a morire.
