Oldukça keyifliydi, yemekler harikaydı, barlar ve özellikle barmen arkadaşlar çok yetenekliydi, Kadir Bey ve müthiş kokteyllerine selamlar

We have just come back from a week away booked with Jet2 and came the first week of kids Easter holidays. Having never been to Turkey before or done all inclusive we had no idea what to expect. The season is just starting so the hotel is very quiet but getting busier. This means no queues for food or the bar. The selection of food in the restaurants is fantastic and caters for every diet. We arrived at midnight and they put on food for us in the 24hr restaurant. We also booked the seafood a la carte which was wonderful with a great view of the sea. The range of drinks available from the bar is absolutely brilliant too. The bar staff are very good at cocktails and the service via roller skates to your sunbed is a lovely touch. Each of the bar staff took their time with us and our kids to build up a rapport and there was no expectation of tips. Umut (roller skates guy) was a fantastic barman - he’s great. The pool areas are superb and there is a heated pool which is just the right temperature for young kids. The main pool and slides are chilly in the early season so be wary. There is a team of lifeguards who are very good. We had a little accident with our 5 year old and they helped immediately and there is a doctor on site too. The animation team have been putting on a few different events and competitions which have been good fun. There is a kids mini disco and entertainment every evening. The team are great at getting people involved and they look like they really enjoy their jobs!! I must say a massive thank you to Okan in particular. My son loved him. He spent so much time getting him involved in games and my son became his shadow for the week. Okan is simply brilliant with children. The games room is amazing. Free pool, bowling etc etc. this is one of the best things for kids. Ours spent so much time in there and the man who runs it was great with the kids. There’s a mix of people here from the UK, Turkey, Russia and Germany. Everyone is super friendly. The staff are fantastic. Literally every interaction we’ve had with a staff member has been a real pleasure. Everybody is so friendly and it feels like they genuinely want you to have the best holiday. Guest services was really helpful and when a private transfer we booked went wrong, they gave us so much help. They also checked in on our son to make sure he was ok after hurting himself. You can rent a PlayStation 5 for free for your room- a great little touch. The rooms are clean and serve a purpose. My only minor criticism is that beds aren’t massively comfortable. The range of free toiletries is very good, as is the minibar. They come round daily to replenish most things. We had a room with a whirlpool tub on the balcony and another one with just a sea view balcony. Late check out wasn’t a problem and was €10 per hour. The beach was open but the jetty isn’t yet. Depending on your perception of a 5 star hotel you may be a little disappointed or massively impressed. It’s all down to interpretation. Personally I think the decor could do with a touch up here and there but generally looked good. I’d say more a 4 star hotel with 5 star treatment. Everything worked well, the rooms were cleaned daily and the minibar topped up everyday too. The whirlpool on the balcony was worth the little extra and if you get a choice, try and get rooms 131-139 on the odd numbers and you’ll get a fantastic sunset while sitting in a warm whirlpool (add shower gel) having a nice drink. We went as a family for 10 days at the end of the season and our last day was the day the hotel closed. Things did start to close as time went on and the variety of food got less and less although we always found something to eat. The staff were polite and tried to help where they could although sometimes there was a language barrier sometimes. They did checkout a bit toward the end and some were visibly sad to be finishing up. With the season closing up we never had a problem getting a sunbed and never had to queue for a drink or food. The temperature was 30 everyday which was fantastic. The drinks were a bit hit and miss for cocktails but we did find one chap who was a mixologist and made the best drinks, Furkan Tayurak was his name and he’s in my pictures, find him and get a Margarita, you’ll thank me. Also, they have table service in the evenings at the lounge bar which was great. I had my birthday while over there and we got the cabana on the pier for the day and it was lovely xx the hotel treated us to a bottle of ‘champagne’ and a selection of fruits and pastries. It had a stocked mini fridge and the bar staff were happy to bring drinks over from the pier bar even though the service part of the deal had finished that day. It had a whirl pool too and was amazing to watch the sunset, it did have a cost of €120 but as the service had technically finished we got if for €70. We had it from 10-6 and were so happy with our day we got it again for an afternoon later in the holiday. The hotel also send a bottle of wine to the room with some biscuits and made some decorations to the bed. We had the Italian Al a carte and were very happy with the meal, everything cooked really well and we even had a birthday cake and I was sung at. We did want to go to one of the other restaurants but these had closed and the only option was sea food and Italian so look out if you’re going late season as they do start closing bits down. The slides were good fun and in good condition. 2 Life guards on duty. Outdoor pools were cold but sometimes needed with the sun and were in good condition. All pools at 1.4m. Indoor heated pool was lovely too. Sauna and steam room available but not advertised so make sure to ask the amazing ‘Towelman’ where there are. His English was fantastic and was a funny chap. Hotel spot on ! Food is amazing, cocktails in lobby bar are awesome! Little bit poor communication in English with stuff. Mattress in rooms very hard, Micheal Jackson show in amphitheatre was amazing! If someone like to train and gym will be little bit disappointed... Hotel gym no offer too much like for 5 stars hotel should do better !

Really good hotel. An Exceptional Stay at Sidera Kirman Premium Our stay at Sidera Kirman Premium was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and impeccably clean. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and attentive service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and our room was spacious, stylish, and offered a stunning view of the sea. The food exceeded all expectations – there was a huge variety at the buffet, with options for every taste, including international dishes, fresh fruits, and delicious Turkish specialties. The à la carte restaurants were a wonderful bonus, offering a more intimate and gourmet experience. The beach is just a few steps away and is well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds and shade. The pools are also very clean and perfect for both families and couples. Daily entertainment, including live shows and activities, kept things lively but not intrusive. For relaxation, the spa was a true highlight – very serene with excellent massage services. This resort is perfect for a luxurious, stress-free holiday. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Turkish hospitality by the sea!

Stayed here for 1 week over Easter and couldn't believe how friendly the staff were, food was amazing and always fresh, the restaurants were fabulous. Hotel was spotless, I would definitely recommend this hotel and they really do go the extra mile to ensure their guests are having a fabulous time. We upgraded to a jacuzzi room which was amazing. Gulla from guest services was one of the nicest most helpful people you would wish to meet. One thing that truly impressed me were the hotel senior management team who always visible walking around checking everything was perfect. A truly great experience 👏👏

My family and I spent our holiday at Sidera Kirman Hotel and we just loved it! Super clean rooms, delicious foods and great entertainment. Yoga and water gym were my favourite. I'd like to thank to fitness trainer for great work out! I also would like to thank to kids club staff for the awesome kids program. My kids had such a great time during our holiday and they fell in love with Esin who was in charge of kids club. She was always super energetic, lovely and friendly. Mini disco, pirates day, cookie and pizza baking were top. We will be back

Cozy hotel and had wonderful experience. We were welcomed and had good time. Playzone and passietere were major highlights. We even had a relaxing massage as complimentary. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Water slides and beach areas will never bore you.

The best Guest Relations and Reception team!They are always helpful, happy and professional. They helped me a lot with my forgotten items. Rooms are nice, cleaned every day. Food very good and deserts awesome. Thank you for everything. I will always recommend your hotel!

On arrival quick check in no welcome drink bellboy took us too room Perfect room very clean and view amazing You can use your own netflix on the TV which is handy My only real complaint although the quality of the food was excellent most off the time it was luke warm There's loads off shops very near hotel and a big supermarket I did use the spa and enjoyed it but was left with bruised arms
