Mysea Hotels Alara - All Inclusive

I just came back home after a vacation the day before yesterday, and I really want to write a review about my experience at this hotel :) I knew I couldn't go to some luxury hotel and I didn't expect anything spectacular, but what I had to face, I'm really shocked. first of all, when they gave us the numbers, there was hair left over from other guests on the pillow, but we were very tired from the flight and thought ok let it be, the inhuman numbers smelled of sewage and we already asked them to change our numbers, they changed without a problem, thank you for that! well, I can't say anything about the food, because we didn't go for breakfast and lunch either, we went out for dinner a couple of times, we weren't hungry, but I didn't say it was very tasty :) so we ate outside the hotel. but the main problem I encountered is the staff's communication with the guests! we are sitting in a restaurant and the bartender sits in front of us and just shows us the f*ck why? the other day I was standing in line to get drinks, a bartender with wavy hair, I don't know his name, but a young guy takes a glass of water and pours it in my face, I was shocked, I also took a glass of water and poured it on her, I went to the director and told this situation, but he didn't care he didn't react :) another time I was sitting with a guy and a waiter/bartender comes with a tray and "accidentally" pours wine on us. I got up to get the napkins and I just see that all the bartenders are laughing right in my face, so I think it was really on purpose. well, the icing on the cake was when I was standing by the pool and I felt like a piece of ice was flying into my head, I was already blinded by rudeness and unprofessionalism and I came to talk to the bartender, he started saying that it wasn't him, I met men from Lithuania there and they started to argue with them, and then all the bartenders left the bar and almost started fighting with them, and the bartender with wavy hair said "go to reception" in my face, and when I talked to one employee about this situation with water in my face, he say "it's a joke" what kind of joke? I'm his friend, do you know that he would joke with me like that? I told you about my experience, and I will never go back to this hotel where they communicate with guests like that. this is absurd. but there is nothing bad without good :) I want to thank the employees Aydin, Yakup, and Dj Ibrahim! thank you for making our vacation better, we had a great time together! it was nice to meet you :)

At first I was worried if it would be a good hotel or if the food would be good. Now that I'm here, I can safely say that it was unnecessary to worry. Everything is great here. And I especially recommend it when you want to have an unforgettable party. DJ organizes every party. You will have a wonderful memory!❤️‍🔥

The hotel is good, I liked everything, it is very good to have fun together with the DJ, he gets the audience going very well, we were in the club, everything was taken care of, we were taken and brought back to the place, we had a very good time. The staff is very nice and helpful

.The atmosphere is great, the staff working here is very friendly and supportive, and the disco was so fun. All in all it was a great experience being here, probably I will come back here next time with more of my friends to have a good time and enjoy the holidays.

This hotel first of all clean and all rooms with pool wievs.tasty foods and good service here.after breakfast you can join with entertainer team to this activities (dart-water Polo-water gym) You ll see evernight dance /karaoke night/ with entertainer team .after program join to Disco tour to Alanya best club with Ibrahim (entertainer mngr) to ILLUSION-SUMMER GARDEN .for your perfect and fun vacation . Sea is too close to hotel and clean.there is a snack hamburger nuggets cips . You will enjoy in this hotel.

This a budget hotel but needs so much maintenances inside hotel. Staff were kind and they tried to give their best for hospitality that is why i may say it is average instead of bad. If they renovate their rooms, for sure they will get better reviews from the guests.
