I like this hotel! Good breakfast and good public bath! Room is a bit small. But it is worthy for everything. One of the best hotel in my life!!

Perfect! Room is clean. Front desk service is good. Good Location also.

If you plan to visit from north part of the island to south for 2 days, it is good to stay at Vessel for a night. It is located in the middle of the island. It is good for driving by yourself. Free parking. Good price! Breakfast choose are good. The room is not very spacious, spa is a small room but clean. With a hongkonger as a receptionist, felt warm.

The hotel location is very convenience, just a 10-minute drive from American Village. Free parking is available for guests. The hotel has a beautiful environment, very clean facilities and rooms, and friendly and polite staff. It is very suitable for business and family travel.

A new hotel under Vessel Hotels, you have access to the public baths at the other two Vessel Hotels at American Village. I would recommend everyone to take breakfast as it serves Blue Seal ice cream, and lots of local delicacy. The rooftop swimming pool was closed, but it's a very small pool anyway. Outdoor free parking for hotel guests, laundromat next to public baths on 2/F.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at REF Okinawa Arena by Vessel hotels and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. **Check-In:** Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless. The staff greeted us warmly and offered welcome drinks, which set the tone for a wonderful stay. **Room:** Our room was comfortable, providing us with restful nights. The amenities, including a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and free Wi-Fi, added to our comfort. **Cleanliness:** The housekeeping team did an outstanding job. The room and common areas were always clean and well-maintained, which made us feel at home. **Facilities:** The resort boasts a beautiful pool area, complete with cabanas and a swim-up bar. There were also various activities available, including water sports and yoga classes, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. **Location:** The Grand Oasis is conveniently located near local shops and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for lazy afternoons in the sun. **Staff:** The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They genuinely seemed to care about our experience and were quick to assist with any requests. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and plenty of amenities. I can’t wait to return!!

REF Okinawa Arena Hotel is a great service. Staffs are very kind and hotel faculties are very cleans and modern. Also there is a good sauna. Our family had a great time with REF Okinawa Arena Hotel. I will recommend this hotel strongly.

A nice hotel with view of the arena. Location is great if you are driving since it is closed to many attractions such as American village and Okinawa zoo and the massive aeon Rycom shopping centre.

A relatively new hotel. The standard size room is too small for a couple. Not enough space even to open the luggages. Good for drivers with plenty of free parking space

Shuttle bus to/from other group hotels for using bath/pool should be provided

This hotel was actually a nice little surprise in our trip. If you are stopping by American Village / Chatan area and are able to stay at a location a little bit off the main area, we highly recommend this hotel. The building is fairly new, rooms are spacious, ample parking w a convenience store right next to the building, located only 10mins from American Village. Best of all is the price which is way reasonable than 99% of the hotels we searched and considered.

This is a big room with Japanese mat and bed. My kid loves it a lot. The balcony is good to see the city view. A convenience store is right under the hotel, can buy everything you needed in a minute. The car park also provides lots of space so no hassle for travel driver.
