The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the night shift girl. Z. This hotel has gone down hill over the last year or so. The front desk in the mornings is by far the worst. I believe the manager dislikes us, the guests. She made me feel like I was bothering her, even at check in. No cold air in room, phone didn't work, elevator didn't work, tvs in breakfast area didn't work. Breakfast for us was yogurt, cold coffee, pastries and frozen sandwiches. Awful. Z was energetic, hepful, friendly and her energy was contagious. She apologized for all the things that went wrong for us, made us coffee extremely early, was attentive and was the only positive person that we came in contact with during our stay. Fortunately and unfortunately. Please give this girl a raise.

Wonderful, outstanding, personal attention, and just plain good! Erik at the front desk was very accommodating and attentive to everything. I watched him in the evening while my wife and I were having a glass of wine, and he was hustling around taking care of guest's needs, and even stopping and chatting with them. Also, the rooms were spotlessly clean. They are set up a bit different than most hotels I have stayed at, and it was nice to experience this. Beds were not parallel with the room ... they were perpendicular and facing the outside window. It was a nice change ... seems simple and trivial, but was a refreshing experience. Anyway, Erik is the best, and the hotel is clean and overall great. Would highly recommend staying here. Will do so in the future when traveling to this area.
