The room is small, but it's ok. Air-con no function and the overnight man worker not willing to check and give me a rude word. The whole night is hot and can't sleep. Besides, there are worms on the bed. Pls check before sleep as I notice after a night. The most especially worker is really rude. Will not be second time.

Hotel is excellent though small especially the bathroom. Notwithstanding that they do not clean the rooms daily unless you stay above 2 nights, they made a point to send you clean towels and that’s so lovely. Location wise, it’s about 300m to train station and restaurants are just outside the hotel! Highly recommended.

A good location, the single bed room was tiny but I didn't need more. Only problem was the humidity in the room, as the window frame was covered with condensed water when I woke up (although I used the bathroom vent for a while).

The rooms are clean and the bed is good. The bathroom is quite small as the the room. But the value for money is quite good. Also the location close to Odawara train station.

Booked this place in a mild panic after realizing my Hakone hotel was 20km too far and all public transport had turned into pumpkins. As emergency landings go, this one wasn’t bad — certainly more convenient (and probably less ruinous) than playing taxi roulette that late at night. The hotel is exactly what you’d expect if “business trip” were a room. Functional, clean, nothing you’d write home about unless your home loves minimalist efficiency. About the same size as my Tokyo hotel — enough space to breathe, not enough to twirl dramatically. Reception had an actual person (a refreshing plot twist), though check-in came with a small side quest involving payment déjà vu. All fine in the end, just mildly confusing. Overall, a perfectly decent 4/5. It’s not trying to charm you — it’s trying to keep you from sleeping at the station. And in that, it absolutely delivers.

Hotel is clean and nice. Location is just few steps away from the train station and surrounding by many restaurants. Very convenient.

Strictly check in at 3pm only, and check out time cannot be extended, the moment u pass their check out time, they start to spam call you. Parking nearby is not cheap.

Completely renovated and in a very good room. Dozens of restaurants nearby and very close to the station. Nice hotel, nice village, nice country.

Walking distance to Odawara station. Room size is good and clean.

The room and facilities provided were good for the price. However, the security of the hotel seems to be pretty low. When we checked-in, we were handed the wrong slip with another traveller’s name on it. Additionally, every time you leave the hotel, you need to leave your room key card with the receptionist. To collect it back, all you need to do is to tell the receptionist your room number (hence, it does not seem difficult for someone to gain access to someone else’s room). Walls were also quite thin, but not a big issue.

The room is much smaller than expected. I don’t think we were given the correct room as it feels so much smaller than described. Other than that it felt ok ok only.
