Charming village house, ideally located 15 minutes walk from the banks of Salagou, and 15 minutes walk from the heart of the village of Octon (with its lively restaurants, market, grocery store). It has a private courtyard of approximately 100m².
Nearby, Lake Salagou with its taverns, its beaches and its numerous hikes and mountain bike circuits.
Not far away, the Mourèze cirque, but also the Gorges de l’Hérault, and St Guilhem le Désert.
The house has a private courtyard to enjoy the beautiful sunny days while eating outside.
It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and dining room (with oven, microwave, dishwasher), and a shower room (Italian style). A small garden shed allows you to store bicycles or swimming equipment.
The house is mainly designed for two people, but can possibly accommodate 2 people. additional (in the sofa bed). Out of respect for neighbors, however, we do not wish to have parties or noisy evenings (please be discreet in outdoor areas after 10 p.m. ;-)
The house is rented in full.
We don't live there, but we are less than 10 minutes away if needed :)
The cottage is located in the hamlet of Mas de Clergue, in Octon, close to Lake Salagou and the town center of Octon (15 minutes on foot).
Please clean before your departure :)
If you prefer that we do this, a cleaning fee of €50 will be requested at the end of the rental.
