Hilton Garden Inn Oconomowoc

Great service!! We were always greeted when entering the hotel, The staff was very helpful - they bent over backwoods to accommodate our family in town for a wedding. All the rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. Location was ideal a close to expressway.

This was a very nice hotel to stay at....the front desk attendant was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great, the beds were comfy, and the room was very clean. We had absolutely no issues staying here. It was easy to find and easy access to the interstate. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We needed a place to stay so we would be close to the Aurora Hospital in Oconomowoc. Hilton Garden Inn was convenient and we ended up spending 7 nights. The hotel is clean and quiet and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We ended up eating breakfast almost every morning in the hotel. Our server Amy knew our preferences by the second day and she helped make our mornings brighter by being so friendly. The beds were comfortable, we couldnt have asked for any better. Short or long term, you wont be disappointed staying here.

We stayed here for one night. Hotel appears to be new or not very old. Everything was modern and clean. Rooms were big, beds comfortable. Appreciated the front desk warning us there was a large group of kids in pool area and said to let them know if noise became an issue as our rooms were close to the pool. We heard a group leaving pool area for a few minutes but the rest of the evening was very quiet. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were exceptional. Greatest to start the day.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! IT WAS THE MOST TERRIBLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! The hotel tv's do not work. They do not honor requests. They could care less about their customers. I will NEVER stay at ANY Hilton again the experience was SO BAD!! Signed, David Lee Riddle family

Staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds/pillows. Hotel has great food and it's so nice having a drink outside by the fire. Excellent location, safe area and close to everything. For years this is our go to hotel when visiting Oconomowoc and we have never been disappointed staff do an excellent job!

This hotel continues to be a quality choice in western Waukesha County. It was fully renovated within the last couple of years. It's close to I-94 and is clean and is very comfortable. The hotel rooms are always very clean and quiet. It's actually one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The people working there are friendly. I am a Hilton Diamond member and use the Digital Key, so I generally don't interact too much with the Front Desk, however they always say "hi" when I walk past the desk. The breakfast at the hotel has a buffet, but also offers made to order entrees. The Daily Food and Beverage credit generally covers my entire breakfast. Amy (server) is a great person to chat with in the morning when I'm enjoying the breakfast. The Fitness Center is a bit small, but has adequate equipment. I appreciate the hot tub, as it seems like a lot of newer hotels don't have them any more.

The staff was wonderful! We enjoyed our clean room on the back of the hotel - definitely recommend the back looking out to a field vs the front which overlooks the parking lot! The only meal we had at the hotel was breakfast and it was cooked to order! The bar was a good place to hang out when we came back from enjoying a night out in downtown Oconomowoc!

Staff here is amazing. From check-in to check-out, attentive, helpful, courteous and friendly. Bar/front staff member, Tammy, was so impressive. She made us feel like family (without the sarcasm!🤣) The morning staff was just as impressive. They packed up our breakfast to go for us, and even got us small containers to get some cut fruit. I accidentally left a make-up bag (with jewelry in it) and they shipped it to my house. Oh, yeah, and the beds were so comfortable. Would definitely go back.
